It was a pleasant experience overthere. Showroom people were so friendly.they explained everything crisp and clear. Gave a test ride for the bike.

Booked and brought a imperiale 400. The people there are very helpful and open to suggestions. Good knowledge on the bikes they sell. The booking and delivery were quick and they were happy to assist. Till now never had any problems with the bike, it delivers your expectation.

They provide awesome machines, but the cost and the time they take for maintenance and parts replacement is really bad and very long. Very afraid on how they are going to provide services during covid!

I bought a Benelli tnt 300 4 years before , still their service and customer handling is so good . Any problem with your Benelli , they have your back .

I brought bennelli imperial 400 on 29.01.2020.engine RPM fluctuations problem still now not yet resolved .I went to service centre more than 5 times but there is no permanent solution . While riding in the heavy traffic in 2nd gear the RPM fluctuation rising up to 3500 and down to 2000 and again increasing to 3500. More than 5 times RPM is rising and decreasing . Iam very disappointed after brought this vehicle .

A motorcycle was designed to be managed by anybody during any faults. Bikes these days are built to be driven to its own service station and not with easy mechanics. Simple old school bikes are good and not these kind.

Hi good morning I have buyed imperalle 400 and I came today for 2nd free service . Here for 2nd free service the dealer collecting money for waterwash which is included in free coupon they collecting 230rs for water wash and the customer care manager siva is acting like a roboot . He wont even understand the service what is counsumale and other . If any of the competitor collecting money for water wash . This dealer not having water wash facitity for that customer need to pay the double cost . Dear all while coming to service water wash and come to service other wise these service guys will pull your money . Manager not even having the basic technical and not freindly . Customer need to pay what he is saying . Worst guys we have royal enfield we no need to pay for free service in benelli need to pay for each thing. Without making waterwash how they do the service .

Visited the service centre at closing time for a urgent fix up. The technicians were happy to help. They waited for my arrival post closing time, paid attention to details, and also fixed the issue with accuracy.Availability of the particular spare was also a blessing. Even without that, the technicians themselves deserve a 5 star rating

We are from chennai and had a engine oil leak issue while leaving from here. Called up them during their closing time and they were more than happy to help and replace the worn out engine pressure sensor even though it was post their closing time. The service people were very respectful and helped us with a smile on their face.

Only if you come in a costly bike or car , youll be given test drive for tnt600 . Because if this , genuine customers who want to test drive and buy 600tnt are getting affected . And top of that except of the exhaust note , everything about the bike is mediocre . You can get a better bike at this price or a even better bike by paying little extra

I had to give zero star but there is no option for that.The utterly waste boys in the name of sales representatives and the manager are barbarians in response towards customer.We have visited the showroom from Dharmapuri for an enquiry about Imperiale 400 and completely disappointed with the showroom people. They know nothing about the bike even as the customer do. Worst customer service...!!!!! Better to prefer other classic bikes instead of this people who is going to spoil the name of Benelli for sure.
