Atmosphere was very good.Customer service was improved and really very good.Product stack maintain also good.If you need some item which is not available in the store nah, if you have any photo of that product means, show them, you can easily order through online and delivered to your address with in 3-5 days. Usually it will deliver with in 1 Or 2 days.Packing of the item is superb. Personally I really liked it very much.Variety of products and model is available.Go and check it out.......

They have shoes that are as outdated, I procured a power shoe which was manufactured in 2018. When we wanted to try the shoes, we found the sole was completely damaged on both the shoes. When asked for the replacement they did not have the same size and they replied if replace with the same model then warranty will not be possible. We said OK and got the exact model again and even that had the same issue. They denied refund and argued with us. Their customer service was so bad, that they spoke rude.

Very bad experience. Got one shoe 3 months before. Sole came off. They refused to give replacement or repair it. Staff behaved rudely ,shouted and manager didnt even bothered.. They didnt give back the chappal that we gave for repair... behaving very bad

Its a spacious shop with good collection. Ground floor for men and 1st floor for ladies and kids. As in Jan 21 stock was not updated and they told that ordered stock will reach in 2 weeks. Probably mid feb 21...

If I can give a zero rating I would have given it. Very bad customer service. They dont want to help customers with finding the right shoes they dont have sizes. They want to close the store when the customers are still shopping. They are too busy to look at customers face and speak or make eye contact. Above comments are for the hope college branch.

The quality of the slippers and shoes are very good and as usual bata owns our trust. The price are also convincing to buy considering the quality of the slippers. The showroom was neat and the staffs behaved well.Only issue is the parking area but cosidering the quality and the quick response from staffs i give them a 5-star

Today 02.06.2019 Sunday at 1.30 PM they have not accept to Hold Rs 4000.00 worth order because of Pencil box demand by us. Even it is displaying in showroom and freebies pencil box above Rs 999.00 worth order. They through familiar brand bata shoes into show room.Very worth attitude personality and loss order after all just Rs 50.00.

Purchased a chappel.. Strap stitching damaged within a month.. Gave it for service.. they took one month to repair service it.. Not good reaponse from the outlet employees.. no one calls and updates about the repair service.. i called 5-6 times and visited it for 5-6 times and it was repaired after one month.. by then, warranty of my product was over.. worst customer service..

Less collection for old people. I searched for one particular kind of make for my.mother but couldnt find it. They sales person showed a lot of sandals with patience but nothing suited my mother.. but definitely once worth searching in here.. parking was a problem for car. Mindful to park at a good place ahead

The one who works in the cash counter has too much bad attitude. He is not friendly and polite towards customers at all. Not sure weather he is owner or some staff in cash counter but Im damn sure if that guy continueouly do this non of the people Ill buy anything from here. Hes spoling the name of bata brand by hes silly behavior with customers such an illiterate guy.I strongly recommend people not to buy anything from this showroom because its better to avoid such a bad experience with bata. Overall one of the worst bata showroom i have ever visited in my life.
