I have tried paying them 20x (not…I have tried paying them 20x (not kidding) and every one of them failed.When I finally got the chance to pay them my credit card was charged twice and the package did not even renewed.Also you have to talk to about 3x people in the customer support to get to talk to someone who can actually make a decision.Definitely not a reliable.I am not recommending this service to my clients anymore.I have also spend 4 hours with a problem that could take 15 min because the support was unreliable.

Do NOT use NWS, they are the WORST, you will lose all your domain names once you have generated alot of traffic with these because I believe they (Namecheap staff) have rigged it so you cannot log in. If they were sincere in trying to help you whats holding them up (for more than TWO MONTHS??!!! ) in helping you gain entry into your account, which was weirdly automatically locking me out, after smooth sailing for years and years!!! Despite TWO+ MONTHS OF EMAILING AND EMAILING THEM FOR HELP WITH GETTING INTO MY AC, NOTHING HAPPENED with the result that many of my domains would have EXPIRED AND I AM STILL NOT ABLE TO LOG IN TO SORT THIS OUT AND SAVE THOSE ABOUT TO EXPIRE IN THE NEAR FUTURE!! Sheer INCOMPETENCE, laissez faire, or worse???They may be cheaper in the beginning but you lose ALL later on after you have invested tons of time and effort building traffic or boosting page rank for these domains!!GO DADDY would NEVER HAVE LET THIS HAPPEN!!!!!!!!

Totally unworthy! Pl don’t waste your time. Yesterday I’ve gone to attend the interview. I had already contacted a person called Arumugam and he noted all my details and called for interview. Firstly a lady HR called me and explained about the salary, shift and all. After that I was asked to attend online test in which the very first round had 35 questions of simple fill in the blanks (prepositions and articles which can be simply done by a 10th standard student). As I’ve worked in a Top MNC company where the interview rounds were such difficult it’s really really a simple matter for me to clear that first round. Once I’ve done my first round, the system clearly says to wait for a moment to review and publish the result of that particular round, that HR came and EVEN WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE SYSTEM blindly asked me to leave for the day without revealing the reason. I’m highly disappointed.. Guys! Please don’t opt this company to attend the interview which is merely wasting your valuable time.

I was 6-7 year old user of godaddy but now i compare them with namecheap and its conclude, NAMECHEAP IS THE BEST

To say that Namecheap is highly unhelpful is an understatement. I could use more colorful words such as unprofessional and unreliable to describe how they have mishandled our domain account, but that would even be too nice of a compliment for them. We reached out to Namecheap on 3/23/2018 to discuss issues we were having with the domain. As of 5/25/2018 we were advised that the ticket, created two months prior was still unresolved. This information was communicated only after we spent 20 minutes going in circles. We were finally told that a different department would have to handle our case. Oh geez thanks you guys have been so helpful so far, excuse the sarcasm but seriously it cant be this hard. We are then told that the Risk Management group is unable to contact us via chat and we will have to wait for a call back. Its standard to ask for an ETA of resolution for something that was previously submitted, and we are 2 months and 45 minutes into the chat when we are told that an ETA cannot be provided. Namecheap and its representatives don’t seem to value its customers. From this incident with them, our domain was dropped and we have been advised we are unable to purchase it back for over 1 year. This is a company that made a mistake and penalized the consumer for it. A register that has continuous issues that they promise in the beginning you will not have to deal with. Our site was being misrouted for quite some time, we attempted to reach out to Namecheap on multiple occasions to resolve this matter. Although Namecheap is inexpensive and will most likely be comfortable for your expenses, it will always hurt your bottom line. Misroutes of your website, low uptime and lazy and ineffective customer service is what you have to look for if your purchase with Namecheap. You deserve better and so do your consumers.

Worst behavior i called around 11:30 Pm since i saw the google page timing as 24 hours the person who took the phone spoke very rudely. Worst customer support ever.
