The work environment is extremely good. Depending on candidates knowledge they give the role. High level research type work (even being a software engineer we are doing the work of a data scientist) maintained here. One can explore the knowledge by working here. They treat the employees in a well manner and they provide all the basic facilities.

Through this i want to share my interview experience. I hold double masters degree and have been interviewed with them for a position in Analytics team. After a long regress process (after 5 rounds), at the time of offering the position, they changed the job profile on their own.Finally, they offered some developer position totally different from my background as i am from Mathematics department on a package of 2 L.P.A. I found their behavior extremely unprofessional and because of the red flags i didnt join them and saved myself from exploitation.This was a bitter experience for me, because if I didnt qualify their interview for analytics position, then they should reject me rather than trying to exploit.

I am working here. And I am so proud that I am part of Auriss. We are encouraged to learn and perform well. They treat employees better than other corporates. I see humanity and knowledge in the right balance here.
