Good service.Friendly staffs who helps us lot to understand about each machinery.Rate is low when comparing to other shops.The only problem is that too much diffict to find the exact area of the shop.Parking is not available for 3 wheeler or 4 wheeler infront of the shop.

Went there after watching a YouTube video stating that they sell products for very cheap price. They have pretty good collection of tools but the price is very high compared to other stores nearby. Very disappointed with price.

They dont have any commitment to the customer , if you purchase any thing , they give a smile thats it , no service no commitment , they dont even take ur call if. Tell any complaint about ur purchased tools from there . Guys dont go for power tools on this shop there are lot of other tool shop at ukkadam with less price , they also charge more than 1500 rupees on my chainsaw compared to other tools shop at ukkadam ,on my opinion dont even bother to go there , number one cheaters at ukkadam tools dealer , its not acquired power tools its fraud power tools , especially they intensely cheat buyers from kerala , charging with more money for less quality tools
