No updation facility with reference of the cost. Customer care is worst. The staff is not having no knowledge in Photography. It will affect the name of IAB. Worst in always and means ...No star

Happened to meet an impatient photographer. We were there for a family shoot with two kids under the age 2. Obviously handling two kids under this age will be time-consuming, this should be known to the organization. The photographer was rushing us to get the shots clicked and he was forcing us by convincing us the pictures are good. Total unprofessional experience. We planned to take three more sets of photographs, but due to this, we felt very uncomfortable and we decided to move out. Not satisfied at all.

Worst experience ever. The working staffs are rude and not responsive and also not respecting the customers. Waiting time for a normal passport size photo is 30 minutes , where the competitive studios are just giving the photos within 5 minutes. And I am not the person who writes reviews for every shops I go but today with my experience in IAB they made me to do it.

While taking photos, they just saying smile please.. that’s it. Your photo is taken.. They are not even ready to take one more until we stress and convey photo is not good. Spoiling IAB brand name. Not worth.. I prefer Peelamedu branch. If you have better mobile cam, you can take better than here. Local digital studios are better than this IAB branch.

Worst service and poor hospitality by the staffs (IAB krishnammal branch), especially by the one (aged fellow) at the cash counter and the one who took passport sized pic. They are lazy and deliberately refuse to give the soft copy on time(in my case it took 2 weeks, that too prior continuous regular calls). I am a person who usually doesnt post reviews online. But their attitude made me to do this

I have taken passport and half size photos yesterday... for information the half size photo is taken by the senior photographer.... guys really I got frustrated after I have seen the photo copy... really poor quality of photos and he has taken photo like YOU TUBE famous Tamil talkies blue sattai... waste of time and money 🥵🥵🥵

Tats my fav studio..very good ambiance..and they have one policy of keeping our photos for one year in memory..if we want in urgent theyll provide us.. and main thing is theyll delivery photos within 15-20 minutes..

I had visited IAB studio at Peelamadu. Purely unprofessional. First they didnt honour my appointment and wittingly denied it and accommodated after insisting. They dont understand that it is basic requirement to present one with smile in their photos. Their behaviour was, OK come stand , we will take photo, however it comes out it is your fate. The experience was like going to a tailor who knows to tie knots. No effort in clicking and worst is irrespective of what you had finalised, they tend to send what they like.I was charged 250 just to send the photo in email.

The worst service Ive experienced till date.They asked me to wait without even asking what my need was. ( even though there was no other customers)Then redirected me inside when my need was to just take prints already taken photo. Again I went inside and waited 20 mins after giving details. Then Im told it will take another one hour. Please avoid this place if you need something urgently. Most horrible service and despite all the negative reviews, they dont seem to change at all.All I wanted was to take few prints of an already taken picture. And they made me wait 1.5 hours even though I was the only customer there.

Photo not at all good and am totally disappointed... posture was not good, but the photographer didnt correct it during capturing....Customer service was also not good........I took family photo and framing it in IAB studio @ trichy road and my bill amt is appx 5000rs.Already they are charging more than any other photo studiosBut still they are not giving my soft copy....and asking to pay extra amt to get my original soft copy....which is totally not fair.....Bill mentioned due date got over, but still work not over so I asked when work will get done....for that no proper response .....saying if work over then ourself will inform....They already got 80 percent bill amount as advance itself....

I have taken many photos at IAB ..but this time photo quality is not satisfactory! People out there find an excuse saying that ur originality will be lost..Please do not lose valuable customers.. Photo centre is better in quality..

Its good place to take photo , but the customer service is the worst , it has the worst customer service I have ever seen .

The photographer would just be in a hurry in completing the shoot and we would be forced to take his opinion ,rather our opinion would be of no use .Need to improve more on customer service .

Quality was not great and picture was enlarged. IAB have standards and fame. But this particular studio is disappointing us.Still if you want to try this, Go Ahead. But request the photographer for a preview!!!

Worst quality in the pic of camera....very very worst

Zero value for money. Customer experience is getting worse each time I visit (officially done availing their services for now!). A simple group photo seemed like such a big hassle here, and the output wasnt even close to our expectations. They barely had any decent background screens, such a waste of time and money.

I visited IAB studio located at Trichy road and i surprised to see the response given for each and every customer. The designer is too experienced and do the designing within few mins and Mrvelu, photographer work is really nice and even ask if any work to be done on photograph taken till customer satisfied

Very Expensive and very money oriented......I went there to print a passport size photos taken outside. One sheet 8 photos can be printed....but in one slot they put they IAB logo and give 7 photos. For which they charge 89 rupees. ....and just for editing (to adjust contrast and brightness) they charge extra. Print quality of the photo worst.

Excellent . Photographer is too good . I had my best professional photo in this studio . Highly recommend it . Just that they r particular about having their brand on the photo , but with an extra fee u can take it off . Highly recommended.

Good place to photography needsOnly the problem i was faced waiting for more than 45 mins for taking passport size photo print. The photo shoots another branch but the persons genuinely told to me waiting hours 30 to 45 mins.

One of the worst cheaters.. They talk all cool stuff before billing, and wont even hear feedback after payment and delivery. Beware these guys say they will give you a decent compressed file making you to believe like 8 or 10 MB (Original size is at least 50 to 60 MB). But they give you only in 0.2 or 0.3 MB as soft copy for the ones you have ordered prints for bigger size with at least 400 or 500 INNR. They claim it is well written on their boards and receipts, but they never say that as if they give it out in such a low quality(wont be able to use it online) .. Unlike other shops, they do not have a complaint cell and their manager (a phone no. displayed in their site) doesnt even take complaints or try to understand. A very old brand loosing its TRUST and CONFIDENCE..

I decided to send my son to this place. After studying all the reviews I reconsider my thoughts.

Vincent really bad at respecting customers but if we have to give any suggestions we have to give to him its funny. Really had a worst kind of experience 150 rupees total loss and the person who take photo is not taking quality photograph why cant you hire someone who is professional and innovative. Very bad place to go particularly for a happy occasion like wedding. They will spoil all your happiness. There is no respect or dignity to the customers.They have revised our quote almost to double AFTER CONFIRMING THE DATES, AGREEING ON TERMS & RECEIVING THE ADVANCE. The person who took the details from us and received advance is different and the person revising the costs is different! Its totally a collapse of discipline. He is saying he has sent email for the revised costs. (After receiving the advance!?) How do u supposed to understand that? Nowhere I heard of this kind of cheap tactics. This could serve as good subject for argument purpose but difinitely not a good business ethic.The one who spoke to us has got no manners at all... he was explaining (some stupid theory) not to me but to the person who is my relative. When I asked him, you must talk to me, I paid the money and dealing with this matter from the beginning, he asked me not to raise my voice, that too in a high pich and mannerless tone!! One staff member trying to apoligize for his behaviour and took us to a separate room. They were tried to make the situation good BUT with the raised budget!!Absolutely a worst place for photography. Leave the professionalism, they were lacking very fundamental ethics of inter-human behaviour and courtesy. (Which I feel important to such business)We asked them to cacel the order and they DEDUCTED 20K from the ADVANCE 80K we paid. It was a such a dirty business practice, coz even we have equally affected with this last minute cancellation and were having a tough time in finding a right photographer.If someone going there, please get everything in writing before paying any money. I genuinly do not want any one to face this situation.We thanked God for cancelling our order with IAB. Coz it was such a great feel of relief, as if we got rid of some big trouble. IAB difinitely would have created even more problems with our only Childs improtant day.BTW we found a good photographer and got a wonderful, friendly & peaceful coverage and output WITHIN OUR BUDGETS. 😃

The one and only useless shop, its just a brand name they created long back and so the customers walk in. Poor quality. I gave a photo for framing, they finally delivered a defective frame, went back and argued to an old useless dumb manager. Finally he got it back to repair, now he just dusted it and gave it back thinking that the customers are so dumb like him.. Other small shops are far better than this brand. Do not go here people. Not even worth for the one star. Useless reception people.

Poor customer service Ive ever experienced. I went to the studio this evening when there were barely a couple of customers. There are a bunch of people at the reception and waiting hall but no one cares to direct the customer to the studio room once they collect the bill. I had been waiting for literally half an hour (After 20 minutes I asked the receptionist who only cared about his accounting work, how long should I wait and he just asked me to keep waiting). After another 10 minutes when I asked another guy from the studio again, he explained that he thought I was waiting for the printed copy and let me in, and the receptionist pretended that he didnt know at all. After some more waiting, I received a copy in which all the pixels were dislocated and it was totally blurred which I had to replace again. And they dont even care to call the customer when the copy is ready, you just have to keep on asking if every copy delivered to the reception is yours or not. Moreover, they dont send the soft copy to your mail, youll have to carry a pendrive when you go. Even the local photoshops value the customers 100 times more and delivers proper copies within minutes. Overall, its a terrible experience.

Insanely long wait times, inept staff. Guy at the counter is interested only in grabbing more money off of you and doesn’t work towards customer satisfaction. Overpriced, better alternatives out there.

Quality vice its good..but still the olden ways..they dont have any equipments for group photos..will take more time to deliver photo..cost is high..there are not much options to choose for a pose..all they have is a few which are followed for years..

HORRIBLE SERVICE.Customers needs are not considered.I took a passport size photograph, and required a soft copy of it. And I needed it urgently. I requested them to send a mail or transfer it to my phone. Both these options they denied and said they will do it only if I had a pendrive. Which at that moment I did not have, and iIneeded it urgently. They were so adamant and was not ready to help me. Other photo studios provide, these facilities.Very unhappy service and staffs do not respond in a nice way and will not recommend IAB to anyone.

Went to restore an old photo. Experience was horrible as the original old photo is far better than the work made by iab staff. The ladies out there who work on editing photos give fake promises. Dont ever go there. Service sucks.

The worst photo studio. The main guy talks like he is a scientist, who cannot understand visa photo dimensions are in accordance to the respective countries consulate, not determined by anyone else. They take order and do the work in haste, out for 45 mins of waiting the elderly guy was constantly fighting with his staff to attend to customers and finally when they made an error in cutting the photo, they consulted another IAB branch. Who also clarify the visa pic is per consulate. Yet these morons cant get the correct specification and finish the work. At 8:10 they are ready to close the shop hence running off, rejecting customers.Other options are over priced and ranging from poor to pathetic quality.

Very poor experience , lady staff inside iab 2nd rite side, i asked fr 1 print 6x3 size portrait 1 copy & hw much it cost. She replied 11rs.i want only 1 copy.after transfering the file.she demanded minimum of 2 copies will be given. Its bad. On spot she deciding. Do wat customer wants. Dont create rules for customers. This is the only reason IAB is not much developed and never coming up in business. Learn from photo centre . They are much better than u guus.

The reception people are not treating customers friendly. The worst thing with iab is they say we can get prinouts or copies from any iab center but when we go and ask, they are telling it will take a day to get copy from another center.. while go to corresponding center where photo has taken, they ask to wait for 30 mins for the printouts. Just with the brand name they cant survive for long time without respecting customers.
