What a bunch of dunces. Ask them for a tablet and I found them fumbling and taking photos of the hospital file I bought, they wanted my patient Id. Weird. They did not have the tablet. On another occasion they tried to rip me off on the mrp of BP apparatus. This city should be called con-batore.

No discount for any medicines here.Apollo pharmacy dont give you any discount for medicines.Here is what happened:1) Yesterday I visited this pharmacy in the Saravananpatti-Thudiyalur road, to buy a tablet strip.2) I was billed for the MRP price. No discount.3) I usually get atleast 5 to 8 percent in other pharamcies like Pasumai and Thulasi.4) When asked for discount, he said, discount will apply only in the next visit.5) But, one month back, when I bought medicines from another Apollo, they said the same thing.6) I called the Apollo customer care. They informed me that, discount must be applied. But the local franchises dont prefer to give discounts.7) The customer care person spoke to the pharmacy staff.8) Then the customer care person told me that, the pharmacy staff is not cooperating, so please send a mail with the bill.So, its better we dont opt to buy medicines from these substandard outlets. Always better to trust those home grown pharmacies like Thulasi or Pasumai, or some pharmacies in our local surroundings.FOR YOUR INFO:Apollo gives discount only for Apollo branded products. Have a look at my bill (The Rs.40 discount is only for Amla Juice. No discount given for tablets)

This Pharmacist really dono to read the prescription properly and he gave wrong medicine.He also dono to suggest an alternative medicine.

I tried to get a specific tablet for my wife which I did not find in any medical in 5 km radius. Then when I asked Apollo they ordered the tablet and called me when it arrived for pick up. Good service.
