Its the worst pg for stay, I stayed here last 1 month, here my roommate and me, lost our important things (Dresses, Documents and so on). But no response from the management. But Till now I have not got my advance. I tried to call customer care, but he did not respond.I need my advance amount within one week, otherwise I will definitely contact the police or court, after next week.28-02-2021 to 02-04-2021 ( 3 Sharing ) = 34 DaysPaid Amount => Registration - 400, Advance - 4500, Rent - 4500, Extra days - 900Checkout => 4500 - 1500 - 250 = Advance balance => 270034 Days = 4500+1800+400 = Rs. 6700

Good place to stay..very hygienic...live like home

Worst ever place u can think of to stay in saravanampatti .. search another PG instead ... This place is worth just 500 pm not more than that. Have to mention the project manager Mr. Saravanan (he doesnt even know what management spells it seems). I can only give 0/5 but there is no option for that. Dont lose your money here.

Service is very poor. Bathroom are very untidy. Cleaning person not coming even after multiple reminders to property manager. They just listen to issue, but not working on resolving it. Not recommended for long term stay.

Dear team.There is no proper responce for staying tenant. Long days we raised tickets for water heater and Aro water.. But still its repair.. How can we manage the property and staying room very worst.. Maintanace...

This is a pg,which is very good to stay ,monthly rents are ok ,some may feel high but for facilities it is ok,food is good compared to other.For me nice stay here

A good men’s hostel for a good price. The hostel is situated near to Kumaraguru college. Students can easily come to this hostel from Kumaraguru college. It is just 10 minutes walk.The hostel is a little congested. It is because there are a lot of rooms built in one building. Rooms are bit small but it is okay because they provide you a lot of facilities. Tv, sofa, bed, etc. Cleaning is done regularly so no problem about cleanliness.

I have been given with fake promises and tortured in the property i am staying with. I can say the worst pg experience i ever have is with zolo only. People including cluster managers tries to play with ur emotions by making fake promises of providing you a good room. Such a horrible and ridiculous experience with zolo. At first thry will treat you like a celeb,after that you are not less than a beggar infront of them. And i will make sure no one specially my friends wont be staying in any of Zolo ever.

Really good accommodation with all the basic needs in 50mtrs and they are good in all the extra amenities like WIFI,TV,WASHING MACHINE Etc..
