It was once an excellent place to work with...not anymore.

THE WORST COMPANY. TEAM MANAGERS (EACHANARI, COIMBATORE) ARE DOMINATING, HEARTLESS PEOPLE. HR PEOPLE ARE CHEATERS. I HAVE NEVER EVER WORKED IN SUCH AN ATMOSPHERE WHERE EMPLOYEES ARE TREATED LIKE SLAVES. THEY WANT 100% ACCURACY IN ALL JOBS AND WHEN THEY ARE CALLED FOR BLANKS TO CRACK THEY WONT BE ABLE TO FIND. THEY KEEP CHANGING RULES. EMPLOYEES HAVE TO WORK LIKE ROBOTS. MORE STRESS. A BITTER EXPERIENCE IN MY WHOLE LIFE. I DONT WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS, BUT I THINK IF I CLICK AT LEAST ONE STAR ONLY MY COMMENTS WILL BE POSTED AND SO CLICKED ONE STAR.

I have hated this industry 4m day 1.. Im awarding these 3 stars only for MModal bcoz it fed me all these years.. Prices have grown but our pay remains stagnant.. No growth.. Goals being changed too often.. Really unsettling.. I dont really think the authors can define what exactly medical transcription means.. coz some dictations we receive seem to be done without any concern whatsoever and they expect us to deliver a 100% all the time.. Its like being at a check mate to be in this line of work... Disappointments apart, Im Thankful to those supportive people at MModal all my life..

I was with MModal coimbatore previously and at that time the HR team and also floor people were nice, especially Thangavel Sir, who is the best HR i have seen, he helped me a lot with joining procedures, but now days worst company i will say, I never lost an transcription test with Mmodal, but lost one due to the system issue and never given an second opportunity. I know of floor targets and all and when I am need of a good paid job, I was disqualified. I am giving 1 out 5 because of the friendly atmosphere out of work floor i experience previously, which not well utilized.

Great start up company to improve your skills. My first company which gave me good career in my life...😊
