Worst amazon delivery service ever, compared to other places where i have placed amazon orders. Delivery agent is unprofessional and unwilling to delivering the order to the home location. He keeps giving missed calls( just one ring) and updates status as Customer not responding and if called back the agent gives reason like Product was not collected from office and its missed to take and now after 3 days of escalation status updated as delivered without even delivering the product. There is no response at all from the delivery agent....Totally disappointed with Amazon delivery service in coimbatore.

Worst Ever Customer Service ...The Product Update Was its out for Delivery ...There is no Contact Details of The Delivery person or Centre ...We Havent Received the Product For two days ...We contacted the customer care they said You will get it with in 5 Days In a Cool Manner... There was an Emergency ...Will Never Order a product in Amazon even its for free... Thanks For Your Service

Cut throat competition between both the online majors like Amazon and Flipkart whether benefits anybody but filled both their pockets at the cost of offline vendors...There is no guarantee that products supplied by these firms are genuine or made to cost throwing away standards since there is no monitoring agency they are plundering fast.In America if found cheating punishment is harsh but here there is no mechanism to monitor online selling frauds.For example i ordered shoe and received after 10 days from Amazon...Shoes received in damaged condition and opted for refund and advised to contact delivery man.It was at the peak of Deepavali and the delivery man told me he himself would come and pick up and need not call again...I waited waited no sign of delivery man and refund time was over..Is it possible for me to sue Amazon damages to the tune of 100 crores that too from corrupt india! Support our offline vendors whom we can immediately contact and exchange..

Amazon is selling products in online with good standard and it is delivered around Coimbatore with in the date they mentioned in the website, which makes every customers to smile like Amazons logo .Amazon also provides jobs to many peoples around Coimbatore according to their qualifications ,so it is good to see that many of them are being satisfied by Amazons delivery in and around Coimbatore like me . I would like to say thank you to Amazon and their team for their hard work to satisfy one of their customer.
