Needed a bookshelf and so visited Furncoms as they advertise that they do customised furniture. There is ample parking space and the showroom is quite big with a wide collection of furniture as well as home decor pieces.After listening to my requirements, the person in charge assured me that their designer would call me the next day.The designer did call me the following day and said that he would come the following day to discuss the details and take measurementsIts been a fortnight....repeated phone calls have yielded no results.Im still waiting for the designer.....A thoroughly disappointing experience. Did not expect that such a reputed company would treat a genuine customer in such a manner. Will never ever visit this place again.
