The taste of the ice cream is very good. They have lot of Varieties. My choice is Maharaj Bhog. The pricing depends upon your weight of the increased you choose. The price is on a higher end. The Ambience is good. The service of the staff should be improved a lot. Once in a while you can go to this place.

Ordered hazelnut choco truffle, vanilla with chocolate chips and strawberry ice-cream. Tasted too bad got some plastic taste in hazelnut and vanilla icecream was not good too. Strawberry was fine. The management should check if the icecream is not spoilt. Spending so much on a single scoop and they providing low quality taste flavour.

Have ordered 2 different fresh cream cakes.. taste was really superbb.. little costly than others..

We went to this store on 5th December 2020. There are so many flavours which includes fresh fruit flavours also. We had lychee with delightful toppings. The staff was good and provided good service by suggesting flavours and toppings.

Had wonderful time at ibaco I ordered tropical kingdom which mango icecream with yummy real mango pieces staff treated well when asked about few things they are able to explain and suggest better . Theres only one bother thing is that there is damaged ac duct vent just give which caught my attention if the management could fix it fast. All the best to team Ibaco I do recommend visit there they have awesome range of premium icecream at Ibaco.

We got ice cream delivered today at 10:20. The delivery was not at all good . All the ice creams we are all milkshakes. We were really unhappy with the way ibaco delivered. We ordered since we had a trust in the brand but we didn’t expect it the way it actually turned out. Sorry but we are really unhappy

The ice creams are good. What youd expect at any Ibaco. Staff too are polite here and the place is kept clean. Service can take time, if the place gets crowded though.

As always good one though, but one thing here is with the outlet - loads of mosquito and spider; sometimes can be found inside the ice cream bins which are kept inside cooler for ready serving.
