3Oct2019: Update belowRoom ,bathroom and toilet are neat and clean ,always being cleaned by housekeeping staffs, Room rents per month 3000 Rs and 6000Rs advance payment washing machine is available here before using u need to pay rs.500 not for every month you need to pay for washing machine ,but few issues in this mansion is monthly 2/4times water problem occurred,even drinking water and no power backup here.Bike parking availableWorth for 2800Rs per month but its k for 3000 too pics added belowNote: guys currently this mansion has closed.This mansion has been owned by the oyo rooms and some interior are going on... Please read the below points, before choosing this hostel. Or else you will get cheated by the management and warden over there :1) They will initially show a room called Studio Room before booking and will tell that a similar room be offered to you. But the room which is originally offered to you will be very filthy & dirty, especially the bathroom.2) It took me 6 months to get back the advance after vacating the hostel. And that too, they paid me back only after I followed up with them 20-30 times.3) And out of the Rs 6500 I paid as advance, they paid back only around Rs 2200. When questioned, they charged me around 2000 for Maintenance apart from the rent I paid. And this was charged by them during April 2020 and May 2020 when we were all asked to stay out of the hostel due to the lockdown. They collected regular rent during lockdown and also had to pay extra for maintenance even on days when the hostel was empty.4) WIFI never works and there were frequent power & water issue at the hostel.MY SUGGESTION IS TO NEVER CHOOSE THIS HOSTEL. KINDLY LOOK ELSEWHERE.AND FOR INMATES, ALREADY STAYNG THERE, PLEASE DONOT PAY THE LAST MONTH RENT. INSTEAD, ASK THEM TO ADJUST WITH ADVANCE PAID ALREADY.

Simple worst PG system ever seen..-> No reFund of security money even after 6 months-> lots of hidden charges.. that they will never say during registration time-> there customer service is worst, they will not reply on mail and on call they will give false deadline.->If you are living here or want to leave.. only God can save you and your money....They are worst kind of people i have ever seen..Their business will surely fail.. and there care taker loganathan is very greedy...

Maintenance seems to be not ok

Hello to all the people who are reading this, please never ever visit any of the hello world PG. Its a complete scam,First, its been 6 months I have vacated, but still didnt got my refund yet, even there service is worst on mail they will reply you, On call they will say by this month you will get.If you are living here forget your security money,Second there are lots of hidden charges, at the time of registration they will tell you everything is free but soon there will be lots of charges and they will bother you if you will not pay.Honestly speaking they are business minded wh**s.Thank You.

My friend was staying in coimbatore location and moved out on apr 1st. Still now hes struggling to get the refund of initial deposit. Its been 6 months still this fraud management continuously lying and making worst service.

Very good and peaceful stay for students and working professionals. First preference in Coimbatore. Price is worthy.

Totally unworthy. None of the demands are fullfilled and all the informations provided by them are fake. They dont provide the feature they have promised and the help centre and the property management give a contrary facilities which is not even expected. This hostel is worth for nothing and its a total waste to pay them as rent.

All over the pg is good having all facilities like air conditioning room, play area, kitchen, water purifier, well equipped studio room, TV and all the facilities which we need during at a time of searching accommodation. So come and explore.

Money minded owner. You will not get back the advance. That is you must compulsorily stay according to the paid advance amount and vacate. But rooms are clean. Toilet has salt strains. They are not cleaning that. Only that looks disgusting. Shaded two wheeler parking is available but it is overcrowded.

It is nice place near Tidel Park area.Here you can get a descent room with Play station and Table Tennis. It is within Budget too

The better idea of selecting any apartments is its globalization. Everything in the PGs are quite good as compared to other ordinary PGs.

PG is very neat and clean with all facilities. 24*7 water, electricity, wifi and kitchen. There is also u can chill with Playstation, Table Tennis and carrom. Located near by TIDEL Park.

First, Please try to reply my mail. Secondly, property manager hasnt informed me about the move out charge. The property manager agrees with this. I will be expecting reply for this.

Neat room. Daily house keeping is available. Safe too.

Worst! Lots of hidden charges .... I got utility bill of 1300 for June to July.Even this is a three seater room, alone I got this much of amount..also they dont refund security money in time.Better go for other options to avoid headache in long run.

Here They provided game facility for an entertainment. Good response if there was any company.

A good PG which is near to tidel Park, can by walk, rooms are spacious, it had three sharing, two sharing and four sharing. They are providing wifi and washing machine to wash clothes with extra 200. It is nice and good stay. Food is optional as there is a mess attached to the PG.
