While purchasing the machine company has give 3year warranty and promised same day or within 24hr they will repair if we found some issue.After purchasing 8th month we got issues with machine, we raised complaint on it and service engineer visited after 3days and even fixing issues after 1 week same issue occurred again.

My husband bought 2 marachekku machines from here in Jan. They very clearly told how long it will take for production and they delivered on time. They delivered the machines to Dharmapuri (husbands place) and they gave a demo aswell. We used to call if we had doubts and they were very responsive. Once when the wooden thingy (not sure about what its called since my husband runs the business) had some problem, they immediately replaced it. Great customer service and great owners. You can boast about your product only when it is at a high quality. They have done justice to it. Great work guys, will definitely recommend and our first priority is this place if we want another machine too!!!!! Trust is very important in a business and you have earned ours. Great going!!!

1.worst company, dont provide service after sales.2. my machine gearbox break two times within 6 months3. only agenda is sell machine through youtube marketingdont trust him these guys, fraud men,Very poor man. My machine broke the gearbox 2 times. He stopped picking up the phone. Finally, I had to get the machine corrected by someone else.He says, I have a lot of work to do, will I keep correcting your machine?Please avoid such fraud guy
