I bought a bicycle recently from cycle zone. Due to COVID I could not go to the shop personally. But they delivered it to my doorstep within 24 hours of my online payment. All the information was exchanged through WhatsApp including photos and video clipping of the model I had opted for. I didnt feel the necessity of visiting the shop and seeing the product physically before deciding on this product. Excellent Service!!!

I was looking out for a single speed cycle and not satisfied with the ones available in my locality.I called upon Mr.Raj based on good reviews to know whether he has good stocks since most of the cycle stores are exhausted with stocks due to high sales.He without knowing whether Ill make a buy, started giving suggestions which cycle will suit my needs in a friendly manner. Though I live far from the store,his approach made me to visit the store. The only con is the parking(for cars) since the shop is located in corner in one of the busiest junctions.The front office is small and I was wondering as I could see hardly 2-3 cycles there. He warmly welcomed and asked me to go downstairs. Oh man, its a very big basement with huge collection of new cycles & many have been dropped off their cycles for service. Havent seen such a big store for cycle in Coimbatore (not to compare decathlon here). Immediately he helped me to show the cycle he was recommending over phone and its a fresh box piece and got installed by an excellent mechanic.At the end I got a cycle I liked from a very good store owned by a customer friendly owner. This is the most honest and best bike shop in Coimbatore town. Raj & his team knows everything about bicycles, maintenance and is always accommodating. I always receive great customer service and timely maintenance of my cycle. Im very particular about where my bicycle is serviced. And they have great collections for kids to bikers / riders.+ Cycle rent services+ Home pickup / drop for services- Front office(But they have great collections in downstairs)Everyone who works there is very nice and they know what they are doing. I bought a cycle on May 2019 for 10200 and the loan sanctioned was 15000.. and I have paid the entire amount. And when I asked to the shop owner he said he will refund the amount after the term of emi ended..but after the completion of EMIs when I asked him he is saying he has the money and will not give it as telling me ask to the finance agent. I think he constantly cheats his customers like this. I have been running behind this for a year now..but he has not responded properly. This entire thing is a scam and the customers are treated like nothing. Very bad experience should have given 0 star but that option is not available. If you can, send my money back

Post sale service is very poor. Took five days to service a cycle. Replaced brake cables. But it went off the very next day. Now I am scared to go again. Looking for another good shop for servicing. Will never go again.

I told met accident because of your vehicle service was bad and break adjustment not while service but they said you have to pay 200rupees then only we will look your cycle. Do you Own Research Dont trust Shop People.I have purchased La-Sovereign Skill 2900 Bicycle 21T for 14500 Rs as per the recommendation from CycleZone Coimbatore.I am not comfortable with the bike as 18 Inch frame & 29inch wheels are taller for me which was communicated to the shop and requested for exchange which was denied.I bought based on the suggestion from CycleZone Coimbatore.Never listen to the suggestions provided at the shop.They try to sell which is not intended for you.On long run you can feel the discomfort caused by the difference.Research on your own about the models and size before purchasing do not listen to the shop people.I feel like have wasted my money..I suggest Decathlon over Cycle Zone for Expensive CyclesIn addition wheel is slightly bended which is dude to a bended rim line in the wheel
