This restaurant is a big NO-GO for me, let me get things straight I just visited the village to have lunch I didn’t stay.I visited the restaurant with my wife for a weekend bike ride, and my experience with the security guards are pathetic. Staffs inside the buffet hall are professional and well behaved to which I am giving 2-stars.To Management, teach some soft skills to your security guards.I am not visiting this restaurant again nor my family, friends, office conference or my biker buddies.Thanks for spoiling our day :)

The ambience and the view points on every corner of the resort was top-notch. They were breathtaking. The whole resort actually gave a good 80s or 90s vibe. Not a single piece of plastic waste have I found in the resort the whole day... The rooms were great. The staffs were really experienced and pleasant. The reception office had a lot of interesting artifacts and collections... Noone should miss an opportunity ever to visit this resort. Every single one of us loved the stay.

It was our reunion with my schoolmate. We only ladies went for one day stay.Ambience was amazing... Moreover Devi who is in charge of resort was very friendly & we felt very comfortable... Museum was super and Abu Tahir explained everything with more impressive & Bird watching was super

The location is very easy to find. A mini zoo and musium Together with lot of village like experience. A must visit place for those who want to experience a real village life style and also make our young generation to know what is and how is a village life style is. I feel its a delightful and relaxing place. Nature loving. There are different categories of rooms we can book the rooms on different websites and even in their own websites the price details are little costly I guess its just the visiting experience the staying experience will be updated soon.

We had wedding function over there ... Very good theme as went 80 years back .... It was traditional style of garmam ... Very well maintained ... atmosphere... Food was also fantastic ...we came some birds zoo also ...

Ma .Devi was fantastic with her hospitality. She was very active , good contact, always smiling face . Chef. Gopal mind-blowing food. Mr. Ram in bird of paradise, he took care of birds and explained about birds. IT department was good. Kitchen staff was very good and took care of us like their family members. And last museum was very interesting and Mr. Abuthahir explained each and every minute historical events in detailed , We stayed only oneday . Next we are planning to come for a week stay.

Excellent location peace and calm. The hospitality provided by the staff very good. The exiting thing were seen during the ride was very good and Mr. Ramus explanation about the birds/animals was very much useful. I love My Village and staff members

Location was good... But photos not allowed, food was not that good,we cant celebrate bday because they have separate charges, we r not allowed to certain places because to see we have to pay.. Money is their criteria... So expensive but not worth the cost... Very disappointed about the hospitality... . .. Coming way long its not really worth...

Awesome location, no trees were removed in the farm that which got converted as a resort. Neatly laid roads without removing the existing trees.As the name stands MY VILLAGE, it is a typical village setup with good food and the display of antique materials were damn awesome. Definitely a must visit place and must stay place at least once.

Worst staffs , and poor communication from the resorts authorities about the new rules and regulations. We went there with family on 5/09/2021, and we had to come back immediately with our baby due to the inconvenience caused by the lady receptionist and the manager. We went there before and enquired about the facilities on yesterday.And the didnt inform us about their new rules and regulations then. So please dont go there and waste your precious time and money,

Pathetic amenities and concepts for day out. They charged 2000 and everything you need to pay additional including swimming Rs.300 per head. Amenities were worst, simply waste of money… better leave it for day out…

Authentic South Indian food, great scenery & climate, lot of games activities, open theatre available, 140+ species to witness, Wings of paradise a unique initiative, experience the Traditlonal tea stall, air-conditioned tent room, open to sky bathroom, 20000+ precious & vintage item on display in museum. Hospilatily at its best. Friendly for old age peoples. Finally a great destination and very Peaceful atmosphere.

The name My village suits the place. It brought back our childhood memories. The architecture and the ambience gave us village feel. Good place with good food and pleasant stay to be with nature. 2 Most important places are Wings of Paradise and Private Museum. We got memorable moments to move inside the nests. Birds sat on us and it played with us. It brought us an attachment with nature. Animals and birds were very friendly and it really likes to play with us. Lovely moments. And private museum where we could able to understand our ancestors brilliancy. Now with all modern and advanced technologies we are getting ourselves as proud by making an invention. But in olden days appr. 1000 years back people found un imaginable inventions without this high-end tech. Everyone must know about it to make our life as meaningful. I couldnt see birds and animal care taker and the museum care taker as employees those people are very passionate on their business. They love their job and make us comfortable to know more about it. Thank you for the entire team to make this trip as relaxed and more useful for us. I suggest that children must visit this at least once in their school days to get good inspiration. Schools can bring their children for 1 day field trip.

Its ok to spend if going as team not as a small family for a day trip.except birds no places to spend more time . Even the pool they charging extra. May be worth if staying there. Normal day visits the charges are 2000 + tax which is very high I think. Good part is the birds world which is most rememerable experience.

It was a weekday .We were the only guests there. I went with my friend and daughter .my daughter (2yrs) loved it and wants to go there everyday. We live close.i think we will visit often . The place is wonderful . Done with SUCH INTEREST AND LOVE FOR ARCHITECTURE

Call & book your lunch/dinner before you go. Went to this Beautiful Resort for the day. Lovely place to spend time with family. The place is surrounded by a lot of greenery & the climate is very pleasant in this hilly area. Outside the rooms is a nice mountain view. Kids wud love this place cos u can get to see - Peacocks, Ducks, parrots, Rabbits, Goats, Guinea Pigs, Hens.... Theres also a Cute Puppet Show Dance. The Buffet is quite good. A Great place to spend the day.

We just went for family lunch but must say this place has won our hearts, every slice of the view from any corner is beautifully designed with lots of vintage surprises,,loved the retro movie banners. The food was also carefully prepared - Chicken biriyani, Prawn golden fry, Mushroom pepper fry, paneer tikka and chicken tikka all were very tasty except for veg biriyani which was like some fried rice all had there authentic taste and flavor. They had taken careful measures for covid which is much appreciated.. would go back for a stay to appreciate more..

Very bad experience. We reached on 2 in afternoon and there was so little food in buffet but even that was cold. We rode all the way from 50 kms away and had lunch for 7000 bucks but were not allowed to take photographs inside the premises. There is no intimation that photos are not allowed on anywhere on the resort or the website. The staff were rude. Hate this experience.

This resort looks vintage style , very patience place feel peace of mind . They maintain lot of birds and animal husbandry . All the places are like traditional and vintage style huts . But this one is suitable for family and childrens not for bachelors enjoyment

The ambience and the overall set up of the resort is excellent. However the response and knowledge of the staff is very poor and found wanting at times. Even though the food is delicious it takes lots of time for it to reach us. Reception response is poor. The river bathing activity is not meant for family. No privacy and no management by resort for crowd control.

Visited the resort for a few hours and we (me and my friends) were thoroughly disappointed. We placed our lunch order at 2PM and were not served anything until an hour later and even after - soup, starters, gravy and rotis were served 30 minutes apart from the other and it all went cold. Later when we were clicking photographs around the resort, we were asked to stop using the camera with no proper explanation. It was not a photo-shoot but a simple capture of the joy of the moment soaked in nature. We were asked to use our phones instead. 2 days before our visit, we called up to enquire if we can spend some time after our meal in the resort and the contact person clearly said that it wouldnt be a problem. But as soon we finished our meal, we we were asked to leave from the resort immediately. We understand the COVID19 situation but the resort was deserted except for us. We were rudely watched and given no privacy. Only after we strictly asked for a few minutes, did they walk a little further away. During our walk from the restaurant to the parking lot, we were asked to leave by 3-4 different sets of staff. After hours of driving past the city, we were set to have a completely relaxed afternoon and evening but turns out the management at My Village Resort had other plans for us. It would have been sensible if they communicated their dos and donts on the phone call we made earlier.

This trip to my village ecorural resort is very special to us as it was our first trip with our 22months old baby boy and it was our 3rd anniversary! I would give 5 on 5 for ambience, service , hospitality, guidance, food (veg and non veg were awesome) , adventures.First of all the trip to my village felt like a luxurious tour of our real villages. It was very heart whelming experience. New parents with kids should definitely go there coz kids would love the place.They provide atv ride (extra charge), tractor ride, swimming pool, activities like zip lining and rope climbing, etc.The wings of paradise is an amazing experience for us. We fed the birds and it was awesome feeling.For kids they prepare food on request so it was wooow!!

Visited two times in the last month... Every nook and corner has a suprise. Kids love this place... Appu the parrot is our families favourite... Dont miss talking to him... Such a clever and cute guy

We spent few days at this eco resort. Excellent location and very friendly staff. Food is delicious and was prepared to our taste with less species.The resort has Eco huts and also AC tents. It has a Aviary and have other animals like Ostrich, Camels, Non Venomous Snakes, Iguanas etc. They also have out door play arena, one can also watch full length movies in a open air theatre. Down side only BSNL works here , we struggled with Airtel and Jio. Plus side they have provided WiFi in every room so to that extent it is ok but for nay transactions requiring SMS we had to go a spot.The owner has very tastefully decorated the entire place like a village scene and he is also passionate to decorate with old brass items of daily use in the olden days. He has a private museum and is one of the largest collectors of old radio sets.As it is located slightly elevated from the plains of Coimbatore the air is fresh and pleasant.Highly recommend this resort for a refreshing weekend.

Hospitality : 0Serivce : 0Everything else : 0They don’t treat you like guests. Everyone has their own way of worst behaviour. The security wont be humble. They have only very very limited time for restaurant. Would be difficult for kids. Food items are too expensive. Regarding hospitality if there is any rating below 0, i would surely opt for that. They call at morn 6 am and ask us to move vehicle which is well placed in parking. There will be no drinking water in room. There is no hot water facility. Even if we ask them, there wont be any proper response. THE WORST RESORT WE HAVE EVER STAYED. WORST EXPERIENCE. 7000 Rs totally wasted. We wont be treated like guests. Worst experience ever. Wasted 1 day here.

Really disappointed with their hospitality and service. I would advice people who consider respect than food never go to this resort.Food was not worth for the money paying.This resort will be closed soon due to its worst management. If there is option for making below I star in Google reviews I would have chosen that. Honest review .Never go fo it.

The place was good. We gone there for only lunch. But, the place was booked entirely for a marriage function and it was too crowded and the feeling was not so great. The food was good and place was nice.

Super! Super place this one was. Just one hour ride from heart center of Coimbatore. We just went for a days out and the hospitality was too good. Thanks to staffs Aanand and Pranith. Food was delicious, initially. And then, that village, naatupura feel and vibe here was awesome. Never been to a real village though. A real place that one must opt to, when thinking of planning to spend a day with some village taste and games. Id suggest, do visit.

Its a unique experience for me, as the Resort is extremely beautiful in a SERENE atmosphere. Very good service and kind staff.

First of all theres no drinking water in the room ; they do have a fancy bathroom but you only get hot water from 7:30 to 10:30 and 17:30 to 19:30 and if you place a special request itll take half an hour to get hot water cause they heat the water in traditional method ; the fan here should be switched on by a remote and the remote in my room wasnt working, i reported this problem to the managment twice, its been 4 hours, still no response. Imagine staying 4 hours without a fan. IVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A WORST HOSPITALITY IN ANY RESORTS. the security guards are of no use, they dont even guide you to the reception. The food was quite good but its far behind its price.

This is a resort that has cottages, amusement area, a small museum and a few more facilities. The main attraction though is the restaurant, set in great ambience and surrounded by antiques collected painstakingly. The food is middling to good but the service and responsiveness to feedback is great!

We really enjoyed enjoyed our recent stay at this lovely place..Thanks to the Manager Mr Ramesh who is a wonderful gentleman who really made all arrangements for us with care!! He attended our phone call on a late night and we were happy and surprised with his commitment and cordial talk at that untime, which made us to go there the next day!! After reaching we noticed that not just us but every guest there was treated with lots of love and special care from all the staffs of this place. All staffs deserve a special appreciation for their dedication. The rooms were well maintained and scenically designed and we were glad to show our traditional heritage to our children who really enjoyed each n every inch of the property especially my 2 yr old daughter who didn’t want to leave it and go!! She loved the Appu ( the talking parrot) especially!! Mr Ramesh, we thank each one of u for everything and hope to see u soon!! Especially for the Siruvani river bath u arranged for us is a memorable one for all of us!! Don’t miss their Tractor rides, ATB bike rides, Ostrich feeding!! Friends, plz visit this wonderful place to enjoy our traditional heritage feel and their delicious food and warmth hospitality. The kids will really enjoy every part of the stay be it playing and feeding the exotic pet animals, traditional games, scenic beauty, camp fires, tasty food and tea shop. Peacocks also came near our rooms which was a feast to our eyes !!The food was very tasty and special thanks to the Chef and the hotel staff Mr Sidhu(sorry if the name was wrong) and all other staffs too!! Thank u very very much!!

Horrible hospitality and customer service. It took an hour for the food to reach our tables and it wasnt that good either. The entire management act like there are intruders in their facility and literally Shoo you off. And if you are going to eat, you have to eat and get the hell out of that place... Thats literally what they told us. You cannot hang around, click pictures, just breathe in the fresh air. Well, these guys definitely dont deserve it.

I had been there for newyear lunch buffet.Extremely disappointed by the way they treated the guests when complained about the flies in the food and there was no amount of respect given to people who pre-booked the tables for lunch.Their reply was”ma’am if your concern is about the flies in the food then sorry ,that is how it’s going to be b’coz its served near the ‘theppa kulam’(open area).” I’m not sure about other services,BUT BUFFET -EXTREMELY PATHETIC SERVICE
