Its a reasonably big shop but only a small space is reserved for customers to stand at the counter to place orders and to pay (i.e., only about 10% of the shop is for customers). Even with 5 customers inside the shop, it would look crowded! They can do a better job at reorganizing their shop space to allow customers to choose their wares and pay conveniently.The shop accepts both cash (default option) and cards (on demand). Doesnt accept mobile wallet options (such as GPay, PayTM, etc). In addition to dry fruits, the shop also sells a lot more groceries - see the attached image for the full list of their items.

- Huge variety of items available.- Very popular.- But very little place for customers to stand. Also dangerous when it gets crowded as some customers need to stand close to the stairs which is behind them so chances of tripping are high.- It took more than 30 minutes for the staff to pack our order but other orders were getting completed in 5 to 10 minutes.
