Well stocked good service reasonable rates.

Although the shop has decent collections of product,the quality of staff is not up to the mark. Their response times are pathetic. Post the visit and taking measurements it has been 3 days and I still do not have a quote from them. Inspite of multiple timelines committed they dont care to respond and what makes it worse is the we dont care attitude and unapologetic stand of the staff .

They have own staff to visit homes, show the tapestry albums, let customers have an idea of what all is available, make a provisional selection then visit the store for final selection, place order, remit payment. Staff will take measure at site, get order processed, deliver, and fix up. Price range is slightly expensive to top of the shelf very expensive.

The staffs are not good. They cheated me. Earlier when I stiched the curtains 17 meters were used. This time the person who took measurements said 21 meters required. And when I received the bill, 22.75 meters was charged just to round off the bill to 9k.
