These guys are so bad that I can’t recommend them to anyone. They talk really well and say yes to everything till you make a payment. If you are not satisfied with one photo or video they will blindly say “according to terms and conditions”. They missed clicking lot of important ceremonies during the wedding and when Asked for those pics they did not respond properly.Their team has around 20 people but hardly 3-4 knows photography. Other guys are learning at your big wedding. Please find a better team who are focused to get the best out of your event

We used The Memory Writers service for one of our events. Their way of capturing moments is just amazing. If you are looking for more candid shots then dont think twice and go ahead with them. Apart from their amazing quality of work, their service is little slow as there are lot of members involved with the client not everyone knowing what last was discussed and finalized which created a lot of confusion. So a thorough follow up with one point of contact from their team is a must when dealing with them. Overall the quality of work is top notch and the memories that they capture are worth seeing over and over again.

We booked TMW for our engagement ceremony in Chennai and were very pleased with our overall experience. The candid photos came out absolutely beautiful and the crew was very easy to work with. Definitely getting them for our wedding as well! 10/10 would recommend. :)

Having a memory is one thing.. its within you.. these guys put it on a picture which is even better.. one of the guys had taken some beautiful memories of my son.. which gives me goosebumps each time I see the pic.. the way the picture unfolded.. the day the picture was taken n so on.. indeed the memory writes... keep rocking guys.. 🤘

We booked TMW for our wedding expecting a memorable experience with them but ended up with disappointments. Initially TMW mentioned the team would discuss with us prior to the wedding to understand the flow of events and our expectations on the coverage etc. No one contacted us until the wedding :(Pros:1. Good outdoor shoot and experience.2. Some good pictures in the candid shots.Cons:1. You cannot expect a prompt response from them for any queries. It was almost like they did not care and you can expect a late reply something starting like Sorry we were busy!2. Quality of Montage-candid video was not great considering the price. Very disappointed on this as i was the one who insisted having it.3. Album quality was not great either. Layout and the color rendition looked outdated. Everyone in the family felt the output is not satisfactory.Overall you cannot expect what you wish for, in the end you will have to settle for what they deliver!

A great place if youre looking forward to keep your special days memory together with you forever. Im way more than happy with their service.

The Memory Writers are hands down one of the best photographers out there. I can’t begin to describe how immensely talented these guys are. They made the whole ‘candid photoshoot’ a cake walk! Both my fiancé and I, being a bit self conscious when it comes to PDA, were skeptical bout posing together for photos, but Varun just talked us through it, engaged in conversation captured us in our natural element and just let us be in our own little bubble and he would capture us without us knowing and honestly those were the best photos I’ve seen (even better than those random Pinterest ones for real). They captured all our friends and family in their candid moments and the traditional photos were so crisp and the whole event was captured so well that honestly going through the photos made me feel like I relived those moments! I would urge anyone reading this review to blindly choose them cuz they have an extremely strong team and the whole process was so flawlessly easy!

If you have money to waste this is the place to go.
