I took a training from krishna sir, he gave me all the tips and tricks used in the business.I dont know why people think he is rude, he taught me with soo much of patience and imparted me knowledge that within a month i could open my own company,people might misunderstand but he is a man of clear thoughts and straight forward attitude.Thank you sir

My daughter and I wanted helium balloon. We visited the place .The owner was not there .He arrived and apologized a million times for keeping us waiting .After we chose what we wanted and as we were short of money, we were so upset and he was so trusting and told us to transfer the amount. We were so happy with the service and impressed by the way he trusted us .I will recommend him anytime . They have a variety of collection and yes, they are understaffed. But, we will go to him for our requirements always. If we need the best, we have to be a bit understanding .

Great responses from the owner for each review here. Instead of buying balloons, like to study English from them, with such accurate and strong replies. By the way, I like to suggest that, please do have a customer care service for these customers who have zero knowledge about balloons instead of replying to them like this. Being a bad public review from customers and responses from the company side, it creates a much more bad image to the company, instead of adding a good image. Though the company got a lot more outside the Google footpaths, but see to that to avoid. Some customers review it here to know to the company, others who dont to type reviews, spread to others more than this effect. The company got customers from all over the world, I accept that. But try to make customers from the uneducated background who dont know to read English from your Merabubbly and visiting the company by hearing from someone about the bubbly. I hope you understand what Im coming to say, still, you act like dont understand and stand by your way of replying to the comments, then sorry to say you will lose those valuable customers.P.S.: Rated 5 stars for your responses to English-learnt customers. ;)

Worst attitude. A customer may not be knowing all the varieties of ballon and may not have blah blah experience you have . You need to have patience to explain what is what and that is how you can get a customer.Sorry but will not get back.

I would not even give one star if possible...Very rude customer service. We called to inquire about balloon decorations for a birthday party. The person who talked to us was very rude as if he was not interested in talking to us. When we asked him if we can come in person to discuss about our ideas, he just said they are expensive and don’t waste time!! I was shocked and couldn’t understand how he can judge that we can’t pay just by talking to us over phone.
