It took more than a month to give a quote for providing a simple 80 mm dia EN9 material shaft and later after collecting full 100 % advance, the material is not dispatched since 3 months! They rarely now respond on phone and when they do they only say will dispatch tomorrow! So all BEWARE this company seems to be in real financial and other troubles.
