I have purchased machine from alpha engineering.. They are approaching the customers in very friendly manner. I loved their approach and service also very good.. As per their norms they have taken the 1st quality products under buyback scheme. Then they are motivating the customers to produce the 1st quality plates. Really appreciate.

Very very bad service and bad quality of machines. Dont trust this guys. They also cheating customers who are entering in this field as new one. Finally they are fraud in all ways like buyback schemes, worst service, quality of machine very bad etc. Of course I bought from Alpha company distributor giving false commitment even company owners also. From day first onwards machine got delivered many issues continuous 3 DC valve leakage, 2 old dies and worst quality.Many times I reported to returned back my machine. Still no response from Alpha owner. NEW GUYS BE AWARE OF ALPHA COMPANY. They are sensitively cheatable easily.

Worst service. Machines are of very low quality. Oil leakage prominent. Dyes are not proper. If we call for service means they wont turn back. I was calling for service continuously for 3 days they are not worried to send their person. They will never attend the call. They told buy back while purchasing the machine. They buyed back with us with lot of rejection. They are ready to take 1st quality not the second one. For buy back they pay the amount only after 20 day . if they give the cheque means they will return. Worst worst Alpha Engineering.

This company customer feedback not good...it was fraud ....... machinery quality not good & ask someone scheme but not follow after purchase machine.... its was avoid customers.... Im also one of the customer.. Im trying many more time not respond... dont buy any one.... machines after upset our mind....
