My branded tv got some lines in the display. So I went to them to get it repaired. They said it would be some minor problem. Will get it repaired in one day. After 4 days I called them what happened? They said they are looking into the problem. After two days again I called they said now the tv is ok. Problem fixed. Evening tv will be delivered. Too pricy. But the didnt deliver it. Next day when i called them, (Note every time iam caling them. They never call.) they said the problem not yet fixed. Told me to wait 2 more days. 5 days after I called them. Now they said display fault. Need to change it. And the price they said tooooooo high. I had no other option told them to change. They said that same evening item will be delivered. But they didnt. After two days again I called. then only they delivered the tv that too in the night around 9 oclock. Worst. Now they asked extra money. After fixing the tv at home I realised that display they changed is very low quality display. Cheat. So finally my suggestion dont go to them to get your valuables repaired. They charge very high and they never be punctual in their work. First they say low price after you give it to them they charge really high. And they change the original parts.

The worst place where you can ever get your tv serviced. I would advice you guys to rather not service your tv than giving it here. They do not deliver the tv back for 5-6 months after taking them fir repair. So avoid this place.

High service charge comparing to others service center

I would suggest not to go with tv service at anycost please with this Star Service please. We gave our LG tv last 20 days back. Still no one cald me or reply me back. Wen i cald them they said will gve ur tv in next 1 hour or before eveing. This continues for almost 5 days. Even still i havent got my tv yet. They said today before 11. Its almost 12.00 pm now. Still no luck. I dont know how long i could wait for this. Really suffering about this worst service. Plsssssss dont go with this service centers.... Feel soo bad about your customer satisfaction....

Very worst service, nearly 50 days over, I cant got my TV. This kind of service I never had or encountered on a service industry.
