Very poor customer service and not happy from MI too..I have went there for service as I had problem with charging. They are charging like 120 Rs even for just looking at it eventhough i said the problem clearly it was problem in charging board. The manager was so irresponsible while speaking , was not caring what customer tells . He even told we can complain if we want , is it the service you want to provide to customers MI?Being a 3 and half year satisfied user , you broke it in 10 mins.
