Beware of purchasing VU TV. It is sheer luck if you are able to maintain properly. In case panel is broken, there is no support from customer care. It is being 6 months waiting for panel but no response.Better go for premium brands, so that after sales at least will be proper.

Over Cost (Be Aware -> 9k to 10k extra you are paying to this shop)... i have asked many shops like vasanth & co , sathya , viveks , giriyas , shorptronics there is no seller for VU TV. Finally GV Audio vision selling VU and cost is around 3-4k less compare to E-Shoppe RS Puram... Most of the comments i have seen the shop owner is posting the positive comments to E-Shoppe RS Puram.. Like this most of the positive comments are posted by shop owner friends and they give 5 stars to their self. simply there is no quality difference between flipkart and shrowroom for the VU TVs. in showroom they only giving the extended warranty and charging around 9k-10k extra compared to flipkart..... dont believe their words . i strongly recommend before buying any product have a deep analysis and ask the price with different sellers so that you will get clear ideas and price details. you will not be cheated if you have a good understanding.

Empty showroom... I think they are going to close the showroom permanently...They have 4 nos TV in the showroom..Then Too....too...cost compare to online sales.. They are explanations like childish different between online marketing and showroom..

Over priced.For a 55 inch TV, the price is 13k more than online

Same tv which costs 19K at flipkart is costing 34K in the showroom, and sales guy says the TV selling in flipkart is a different quality product. The positive reviews seems to be paid ones. Simply cheating the customer.

Very poor service. There is very huge price difference between online shop and showroom. The service executive doesnt even know about price differences. I believe the other reviews are given by some one who is working in the showroom but not sure.
