The clinic is very neat and clean. But be careful on steps as they are short. You can use lift. The staff at reception is very courteous and nice.It was opened 3 months back and understand that the service is presently extended to companies and the staff as a package.People can visit this and avail services.Refer to my pics for the various services offered.

I had been there for company medical check up and I found the following things must be improved1. Always the reception phone with be kept as engaged ( see the attached image) no on will answer.2. For x ray and eye check up we need to go to different hospital and we have pay and collect the reports from respective hospital and hand over to this clinic to get our final report. I traveled around 18 km to complete my tests and get final report.3. As per my concern is, Apollo management shall look into this and do the corrective action for best satisfaction.

An excellent staff with supportive care to elderly patients. My mother in-law 84 years old was vaccinated in the car itself. Mrs Shirley and her team are very accomadative with total professional approach. Appollo Clinic is well run with clock precision. I hope if it could be possible to have access for wheel chair. Still the team of Appollo Clinic is an example of excellence.

Today they published vaccine availibility in cowin potal. After booking when my old aged parents went there they said no vaccine available. If vaccine is not available why the hell you publish it first.. Do you guys think people dont have any other work travelling so far to your clinic just to get such pathetic response.. We believed in the brand Apollo and got disappointed .

Extremely bad experience with vaccination process. When called to enquire about vaccine, the response is always shall call back in 5 min and that 5 min never comes. I would have made at least 20 calls. A black mark on the brand name of Apollo.

The service is sooo good.Nurses are soo friendly and they take care of us very well.They start by saying “Namasthe“ to us with hands together that is palm to palmI.I went there for a normal check Up that was free for me from Amazon.Since i was working there.I would prefer to go to this clinic from now when ever it is needed.Ambience is also too good.They just take care of everything.I forgot to take the print out of my voucher and ID proof and they asked me to send to their mail.And they took a print out for me in the clinic itself since i forgot.Damn that just made me happy.The infrastructure is so good.Its sooo good to be there.The way they take care is sooo damn good.I had a very good experience out there in the clinic.

Worst fraud fellows. We have fixed appointment through cowin website. Appointment confirmed. But they trefused to give vaccine . Please ignore this clinic. Waste of time and travel

Well maintained spic and clean clinic, with good welcoming staff. Disappointment is that credit and debit cards are not accepted in such a well established unit, as there is no swiping machine provided. I was forced to pay in cash to settle the bill. While even a vegetable vendor is carrying a swiping machine, is it not mandatory to have one, instead of putting the customer into embracement and inconvenience?. Hope this will be solved soon.

Had a Fentastic Pre-employment Full body medical check up here.Service was too good. Office open by 7o clk.2hrs is for testing time and testing sample results will come by within 4hrs.

Visited for my wifes 7th month scan. We wanted to see our baby movements together. First we had to wait and wait for the doctor to arrive. Then the doctor was so rude to me and my wife. Finally I got into the scan room awaiting to see my baby. I was only in there for barely 2 mins, she just showed me something on the screen and sent me out(which spoiled our expectations). Their equipment was very old that I couldnt see anything clearly on the screen. Then I was told that the scan report will be given an hour later. The scan copy was very worse and was just looking like a Xerox copy and nothing is clearly visible.Pls be kind to visitors, we visit to get your assistance by paying your fee. Second, if you dont have proper equipments then dont charge us more, it was 1750 for scan and in other places it was worthy for 1200.Request the management to take care of this.

Worst place. We gave sample for culture test and were expecting result in 3-4 day. There was no answer to zillion calls made on sunday morning for the report. It was only understood later that the clinic is closed after reaching clinic personally at 12:00 PM. They have no courtesy to inform that clinic will be closed on sunday when we called on saturday. They have a hoarding or board outside Clinic that says sunday is working from 06:30 am to 2:00 pm. Most frustrating place.

Very Good Clinic

The staff and the consultation doctor were polite and took care of my medical check up. The only problem is, they sent me on Xerox shop hunt for over 20 minutes only to take a photocopy of my ID proof. Gave my blood before breakfast and ECG, HW and doctor consultation after breakfast. They dont have Ortho or Neuro to for other complaints, probably because its a clinic. Clean and well maintained.

What is the use of this clinic when doctors are only available till 9:00am for few tests. Such a stupid customer care services.

A corrupt and unethical clinic.My wife went to this clinic as part of my companys overseas deputation medical check up requirement. They conducted all tests(for which company pays) and finally requested Rs250 from her saying her heart might have some issues and they need to send the results to a cardiologist for an opinion via whatsapp..Failing to to do this they will declare her as unfit to travel overseas. My wife paid and then immediately they declared her as fit. They did not even give a bill for it.It seems its their routine scam practice and next 4-5 people who went as part of corporate check up were also given some scare like this and they money was demanded without bill..This is like some corrupt govt hospital where the people demand for bribe to treat people..Very disappointed..Also the doctor who was there was very old and unfit to provide any proper advice it seems.(Dont know if this happens in Coimbatore alone as I did in Bangalore and it was fine.)

Dear All,I had a very bad experience in Apollo Coimbatore today.I came for the master health checkup referred through my employer.In my tests it include ECG,Abdominal scan and TMT. While doing these tests they asked me to remove my purse and keep it away.In the course of ECG the purse was in front of me and while doing Abdominal scan and TMT test it was kept on the other side of screen.When i came out after the TMT,one of the person was complaining regarding the loss of 1100 rupees.At the time i too checked my purse and came to know that two 500 rupees notes are missing from the purse.Guys be aware of the fraud things happening in reputed hospital like apollo.I never doubted the service they provide.This is a matter of serious concern.Be careful of your belongings and be sure that they are not cheating the patients by simply hording a A4 printout saying;hospital is not responsible for the belongings.Anish philip
