Ive been visiting her since childhood and in the recent years her attitude towards patients has gone worse. Ive been trying to take her opinion on my rare dental condition (which she knows) for months now. She says she doesnt consult any now but on my case, she has been dealing it for years and now when I need an opinion, she doesnt give a damn.This is not a store to change whenever we feel like, these are all very important to consider.If she is not willing to take patients, she shouldnt ask her assistants to call the number that has been put up. Even if so, shouting at her patients is not doing any good.

Doctor never available to talk patient problem. They only decide to take what treatment givien.please hear 1 minutes patient problem.

Today I went to clinic to consult her, but keeping two patients inside she locked the front door and kept . After waiting for 10 minutes, just knocked the door that time she shouted at me no consultation now go go. She treated me like a beggar. I used to recommend her to all my knowns. But this experience gave me a bad opinion about her. This behavior is not suitable for a doctor .Moreover if we dial to mobile that too temporarily out of service, the number noted on the board for appointments.

Doctor is good. But u need hell a lot of patience to consult the doctor. If ur appointment is at 11, they will see u at 2 o clock. They dont follow appointments even though u have one. Its still first come first served. And still is not even on a steady pace.

I tried fixing an appointment for my mother (74 years) with this Doctor for the past 2 days. Just because my mod had been there before. First of all you can never reach Dr.Kodhai on any number. When you call her office, her office assistant (she is not a doctor) wants to know the exact problem, when I give her the exact problem, she says there is no appointment for today. When I called her the next day, she says no booking available today (fri), you can make a booking for next Tuesday. I went to her clinic twice in the last two days. Ridiculous to know that the inefficient appointment fixer and office receptionist runs the clinic. They are called doctors.:(
