Basic craft material are available. If you are looking for wooden beads, stickers, embroidery materials, cute stencils, supplies like paint brush, gift wrap paper are all available here. Few things like contact paper, hand made sheet. Paints and stuffs and all not available here. Good place to checkout.

Many items were not available I called them yesterday and got super service from.Ayesha 👍 She whatsapp ed pictures of all the items I wanted and gave me all the info I wanted 🌹 Delighted that my favourite craft shop is back in full swing. Cant wait to visit that place again 😄

I recently bought more than 5000 INR of jewellery supplies from craft cottage. Though they have some variety of beads, connectors, hooks, pins, etc. & is the only craft store at the moment that has certain chains, metal pendants, bead caps and spacers with gold, silver and antique finishes, I have to say that I am quite disappointed in their quality and limited selection. The hooks easily snap, the paint finish comes off, products are overpriced and not maintained well. I got two packets of spacers and both were 20 rupees, but one packet had five while the other had ten! Some of the beads I got also did both have proper holes, and after I got home, some were cracked and unusable. So you must double check all the items very carefully. They offer no compensation, refund or exchange for faulty items either. The packets of beads are kept in open baskets and full of dust. If you want something you have to search for it yourself as the local help need to be requested a few times before they offer any and are not customer friendly. I hope that they improve their services, as it is not pleasant to shop there and I wish there were alternative places that offered the same things.

Very bad experience!! The sales girl had no interest in helping the customers!! She just did her work on billing the products!! She didnt even answer me properly!! And many products are dusty!! Many chart papers have already torn out!! No maintainace on products!! But Im still going there because I dont know any other craft shops!! In case if I came to know about a new craft shop in the city, I would never step into this shop again!!

Good products but extremely expensive. You could get the same in Raja Street or any other craft shop for 1/3 the price even! The quality is ok-ok only. Some items are not worth that much at all. Easily available for lower rates elsewhere! Eg. Ribbons and elastics.. they charge twice, even thrice the rate you would get at any novelty shop. Although the name and place are very fancy, I doubt it is worth spending that much money on

You can get almost everything for beginners to intermediates.I enquired about the bad reviews by customers here and the owner explained a different reason, which made much sense to me. I recommend them strongly!

Shop is very good and the material are super. Quality is very super. But the service is very worst.Sales girls are behaving rude.5 STARTS for products because of the sales girls gave single STAR. They are behaving like a more than a owner.

Worst experience. The sales girls should be taught some manners. No help or guidance provided to the elderly shoppers. I am not sure whether the owner of this shop is aware how their sales girls are treating their customers. I went with my nephew of 3 years we spent hardly 5 mins and the sales girl is checking him!!!!!! Seriously a kid wearing a dress with no pockets in his trousers!!what an embarassment it was. Nextly there was an elderly woman who was asking for some material the sales person didnt even bother to look for it all her reply was search at the counter over there. Materials are good and decent but i will never return to this shop. If u r ready for ur worst shopping experience do visit this store
