My parcel is sitting at their office for 6 days now. Neither have I received it nor does anyone answer my calls. I have never had such bad experience with Fedex before. Fedex is a trusted courier service which is why people go for it despite the high rates.Such unprofessional service is very disappointing.Fedex should be more careful while franchising.

Very worst Service.no proper information on delivery product availability on their site. Customer care executive is not knowledgable regarding the service. I will not recommend this service to anybody.took 5 days for a parcel to reach Bangalore to Mettupalayam which can be traveled overnight.

People should avoid this courier as much as possible.The courier for me was NOT even delivered to my home even after arriving at the centre for more than 10 days. Is there any way to give ZERO rating ? Because this FeDex is one pathetic and useless courier service there is ! They didn’t deliver the courier and said the courier got delivered. Absolutely useless !! And poor customer interaction as well . Should sue these kind of useless companies.

I received an international package and the way FedEx handled it was purely Pathetic in every way. The staff were very arrogant on their phone calls and demanded money for everything. I really hope that the main office of Fedex looks into this issue and sorts it out. This is definitely NOT the way customers are to be treated when they come to a reputable service provider like FedEx.

Because FedEx Coimbatore has Fantastic service.Manager is rude on phone.Parcel delivery delay especially holidays.In holidays they are loaded with shipments and they are floundering to deliver.They should know how much order they could deliver as to keep their promise on delivery date.For my situation they promised the delivery will be done within 3 days from Coimbatore to Telangana and delivered after 10 days.They know they couldnt keep their promise on these situation. They should accept this and let us know about the situation. But they didnt.

Great customer service. The staff in the facility was so generous and prompt in their service. They even reattempted delivery the very same day soon after changing the address through customer service.

Very Poor Experience with FedEx. Literally fed me with S**t. Their service is very slow. My Product form amazon says out for delivery. But still not delivered even after a day. Their customer service executive answers me very lethargically. He says we will be like that only. I never ever heard something like that from any executives of any courier service. They dont even feel sorry for that. I think its time to boycott FedEx.

Delivered someone elses bulk shipment of shoes to me and when I told them it is not mine, the Manager from Avinashi road, Coimbatore branch almost harassed me into accepting a costly shipment of shoes worth 80,000 bucks that is not mine. He kept telling me I had ordered it despite me telling him that I had already received my shipment the previous week and clearly explaining to him that it was simple - a delivery note from previous week was attached to this parcel by mistake. He could have easily scanned the code on the box to find whos it was.

WORST SERVICE, POOR TRACKING DETAILS AND MUCH MORE...............My house is located at Udumalpet just 70 km from Coimbatore which will take max of 3 hrs, but these guys taking 5 days for me to deliver my order. And also the customer care number had no response for my call.DONT TRUST THEM OR U WILL BE THE LOOSER.

Worst service...never ever use fed ex, i have booked urgent package service to be delivered in 1 day...they have taken 900rs, however after chasing and informing customer care many times about urgency of package, package has been delivered on 3rd day...no use of tracking as they do not update correctly...

Very very worst Experience.Firstly i ordered a Washing Machine through Amazon and the estimated delivery date is 19/01/18. And i was tracking on 19/01/18, the order reached Coimbatore by 1950Hrs. And called the Fedex team and they said the product will be delivered on 20/01/18. On 20/01/18 i called up to fedex team as the product didnt delivered and they have raised a complaint and they confirmed that they will possibly deliver it on 20/01/18 itself. And that too failed. And on 22/01/18 finally the product delivered by 1420Hrs.Highlighted point in delivery makes me completely pissed off. they kept the parcel outside the steps (Steps means not long - only 3 steps, then comes the portico and the door). We asked to kept it inside the house but they denied and said they will deliver like this only as they were wearing shoes and will not enter the house. Then we requested to keep it in the portico, as the washing machine was kept in the walking path. Then one guy lifted and kept in the portico. Since, we understand all the delivery boys job and as a concern we have given 100 rupees. And after receiving the money and without our request, they place the washing machine inside the house.What is the point of having Free door delivery? the small companies will capture the market, if the well reputed companies does this kind of customer service!Next time if the product is shipping through Fedex, i really cancel my order. Completely Fed-up with FEDEX.

Worst service i have never experienced. When I ordered a product from Madurai 200 KMs away from combatore 4 hours journey, for FEDEX, 5 days over. Still I have not received the product. Suggestion send to Govt for payment of tax Rs.100 per parcel per day for retaining a parcel more than 24 hours after received in hand by the courier service.

Google has to come with a zero star option. These guys especially at Coimbatore center dont deserve any rating. I had an incidence when the phone number provided for delivery was from another state (STD). And this guy from Coimbatore (Yes...he picked the call) tells that his delivery boys dont have std calling facility in their phone and hence package cannot be delivered as the phone number was tried without a 0 or +91 in the front and not reachable (OMG !! He is living in an ancient world). He asked me to update the phone by a local number at the head office!!!!! God save FedEX...

Fedex is Coimbatores fraud company. I Got message that parcel delivered but really didnt. The office phone noone attends. When you order anything from amazon or snapdeal or any if the delivery courier is FedEx make immediate complaint that we dont want the delivery agent FedEx make as many cancellation then these people will get to know their service ability.

So ive suggested google to remove phone number from its list.Shipped an item from Kannur KL on 6th and delivery @ Coimbatore, TN is on 19th (just 250kms by road)... What a wonderful speedy delivery LOL... Indian postal is far far better than these people.

Let me clearly explain the situation I had experienced with the fedex yesterday 04/10/17. My order was sent via fedex, while placing an order I forgot to update my new address and mobile number and address wasnt able to change after the order has been placed. I kept tracking my shipment and I called fedex once it got shipped and requested them to update my new number and I was ready to collect my order from the address I misplaced. When I got an email stating that I will be receiving my order, I called them at 9 am and requested to update my new number and asked them to leave a message before an hour to go that place before my order reaches the place because it was 40km far from my place. They have noted down the details and I also requested them to let me know when deliver it before 1 pm. They said they will do it. But within half an hour, I again received an email stating my order will be delivered by 8 pm. I called them again and asked them to keep it in their hub, so that I can collect it from there, but they said it was already with the delivery guy. Now, I came to the address and I waited till 8 pm to get the order, my never arrived. In the mid time, I often called them to enquire about the order, but the answer they gave is with the delivery guy and it will be delivered. When I called by 8:45 pm they say, they claimed delivery but I wasnt there and they called my deactivated number and it was picked up by some other guy, so they went back. I called off my work just to get this order, but they said without any mannerism, get your order from the hub. Such an awful service I have never seen in my life. I called them more than 10 times to get a number of the delivery guy, but they said they dont know the number and name of the guy? When I called at 8:45pm they gave the number and it wasnt accepting the incoming call and I got an another num from Google, but they hung up the call, we were busy?People who reading this, please dont ever take fedex service anywhere, anymore. You will regret definitely with their service. I typed these just to share and make you alert not to suffer like me!!!

Fedex = fed uppoor delivery timing. Even if we are waiting for the package all day, they safeguard themselves by reporting as person not available, if they were not able to delivery on that day.
