No response to customers bad habit, i was waiting 15 mins in restaurant but no Waiter no response i was totally upset

I have order from a website and the order was sent through ecom express. The tracking details showed that the item reached my city almost a week before the item was put for delivery. And then it was out for delivery for a week and still i havent recieved any call.I contacted ecom express service number but no response. I have sent mail but still no response. I have never ever seen such a worst delivery service.

My product stuck at the salem hub and they helped me to quickly get my product thank you so much

Very bad service , all the agents call but do not deliver the item . My item is stuck from2 weeks . Still did not get it .Agent will call you and do not speak anything , after few mins you will get a message saying your item could not be delivered. Fraudsters

I place the order on 7th of this month one person Called me on last week and he said he will deliver the product by tomorrow but still I didn’t receive my product and tomorrow is my exams .they didn’t give any messages contact number Tracking id. And that is PAC product.

I am so much worried to give them even 1 star. It should be all in negative. The worst delivery partner ever. In fact there is no point for these guys to claim themselves as an organisation. A bunch of people doing nothing is all the meaning for this organisation. The name ecom express is not even a far match to them. I still wonder why such company exists in the market when there are so many amazing organisations does the job way better than them. Never ever go for this company even for any reasons. It is just better you do not send anything to anyone instead of sending through com express. There is no contact number to contact them, no emails, nothing. The world is moving forward and these guys have lost all the communication as they have set up their offices at the middle of a jungle or an ocean. For the sake of whatsoever it may concern to you, please do communicate with your customers. Do you even realise that people does not know when the parcel would be delivered? This is an absolute trash

Ecom express is the worst courier service...On 7th January I complained that my parcel is not delivered but Ecom sent me SMS that my parcel is delivered to me...Today is 14th January and till now I did not get any response

Very very worst service .Delivery staff with out coming home updates the tracking says that customer refused the consignment.Even if contact customer service after 10 minute of hearing auto voice that says server down even after 12 hrs same things happened for me the customer service staff refuse to connect the call to his senior.Its not worth to give single Starr based on my experience.
