I can just say trustworthy, planned, implemented and delivered without any flaw. This is the word come to my mind when I think about SR Construction. When I told about my requirement in the backyard space in my home, Mr. Sathish told, sure sir, I will come up with the plan and share the estimation. Within 24 hours I got the estimation which was very much in detail and clear. Without any delay, I have asked him to proceed with work and I have travelled abroad. Then today I am writing this from aboard and work completed in India without any change in the plan. No… no.. more enhancement happened because of quality of work done by Sathish and Team. Every day I will get updates from Sathish without fail. SR construction - Under the Leader ship of Satish Sir is doing fabulous job in coimbatore. Sorry for lengthy review but my journey with him is very memorable so I would like to share my experience with you all as it is.Being an NRI hailing from singapore , i took up a decision to build my dream home in my home town coimbatore. I took a long search to find right engineer to meet my requirement also who are honest , sincere and trustworthy. Through my known reference i came to know Satish Sir and his company SR constructions. I managed to sign a contract with him in Feb 2020.Starting from the initial drawing he was very patient and he has did almost 8 to 10 version of drawing to meet my requirements. It happened in Feb 2020 , from then Covid-19 started I was unable to travel. So discussions were happening via zoom calls (multiple zoom room discussions)Since I could not travel I left every thing under the responsibility of Satish sir. He took utmost care in getting the building plan approval, designing , building etc.. I used to get regular daily updates of what is happening via my whatsapp group. Every thing is very transparent. At every stage of building we used to have zoom call and he explains me the steps taken or going to be taken , thereby getting their buyouts before proceedings.During construction india saw two covid waves , lock down, shortage of labourers due to migration issues, material price hike , what not hindrance one can imagine. Amid all this chaos only pleasant thing was my construction was still going on. He was very planned always , so with available man power and resource he was progressing as much as possible. He has all latest equipments in the field for instance I was wondering whether all this equipments are available In Coimbatore.After the constructions over all my tiles selection, fittings selection , Paint selections , were happening via video conferencing with his Employee. His notable Employees Rajesh Sir, Balu Sir and Shaktivel sir , I am very obliged for their dedication and sincerity. They are not time bound and money bound they are purely working for customer satisfaction based . Satish sir should be proud of having such nice team with him.Originally interior desiging , I was not planning with SR constructions, but after seeing their finest quality output in construction I decided they will be good in interiors too , so I chose interior with him and Sam Sir worked on our project. Like we expected the constructions and Interior was done before second wave of covid could peak . Again this was also happening via zoom calls only.Last few pending work got stoped due to covid second wave but he happily agreed to take it up once things get better . Also his post construction support is also very good. A small issue if my mom calls he wil be there in next day or same day to address the issue.Like I said his only focus is customer satisfaction so some time even my loan got delayed work was still happening, I was also prompt in my payment other wise.After this project he is not only my engineer , he will be my friend and to me and my parents he became like family member . He helped my parents during the tough covid times too. He is basically a nice human being.With out visiting the site even once if I am so satisfied, if I had visited i don’t know how to describe that feeling. after the Initial bore well done on the site till date I have not seen my house in person seeing it remotely and my parents and friends only giving me suggestions. My experience with SR constructions is just awesome, in future if I have any plan will definitely choose them.Now my house if fully as per my requirement, what they draw they did it. Its 24 hr cctv enabled so I can monitor interior and exterior of my house making sure of my parents safety.I am happy to share feedback about him and in fact I have personally recommended him to many people.All the best Satish Sir & SR constructions, you make our Dream in to Reality !!!!
