I bought a 7/5 concrete Mixer Machine On February Had a manufacturing Defect So I contacted the Company and expected to clear it by two days But they cant ,They send me a service person without any tools (first Worst thing ) So we have arranged all the required materials and Finally the service person said its all clear and asked me the Labour charge (for a new product aged 10 days only) We gave them what they expected with bus fare And the next day we realise that the machine is in abnormal sound running very frictional. Again contacted the company they said they will replace the parts in Warranty And this time I have requested to send a Skilled Mechanic so that this shoud not be repeated again .They sent a Mechanic after ONE MONTH (after several calls)and he said that the spare should be changed so he went asking me recieve the warranty Part on KPN parcel (To Pay) Parcel arrived the next day But After one week called the service person He said he is neary to my town and asked me to put a room for stay So that he will replace the spare next day But i refused to do that so he went .Next day i called the company They feel sorry for the delay (no use of it)till today No answer 3rd week running expecting to repair it this week............Wasted my time and money in buying their products .No response and I will give them 0 star if possible ,No knowledged mechanic and During warranty period itself Im facing this issues .I think i need to change the Machinery as soon as possible
