Very good very quality service

One of the worst agencies Ive ever come across. Ranjini has this great tactics to talk politely to people but doesnt know what professionalism is. We contacted her for housekeeping maid service and she gave me the contact details of 2 females and asked me to talk to them by myself. One of them came home, we liked her n finalized her. That time Ranjini said that they dont charge any registration fess like other agencies. So we paid 2000 bucks to the agency. The maid came n worked for 2 days and disappeared. After the first maid ran away, Ranjini said that shell send someone else but no-one turned up. After that she was not ready to send any more people so I said I dont need her service anymore and asked for my money back. When she knew that I wouldnt continue to take her service she took 500 bucks (claiming that its her registration charge) along with the maids 2 days pay and returned me back the rest of the money. When I called her back to enquire about the sudden registration fee she kept arguing. We said we werent ready to settle it as she didnt do anything to deserve that 500 bucks except for the bad experience she and her maid gave us. She finally agreed to return the money back when we said well take it to the cops. My question is simple, if its us who has to call and talk about everything to the maid then why do we even need the agency for? And where did the sudden registration fee come from? I dont blame her for charging me but when she has done nothing for us why would she charge me for? Above all, arguing more n more, for what?? And later we also heard from that maid that she wasnt paid for the job she did at my home for 2 days which the agency took from me.
