I checked the logo and model of their product and original a lot difference.No such model the original company sells. see the models that are only available in company website and difference of logo given below and user manual was just a printed paper. Poor customer service. If you want to explore new products or compare products it’s a very poor place to go. The staff are trained to just give the products you ask for like a grocery. I had the best service by one single person in that shop 3 times in a row. But the last time I visited had the worst experience as that particular person was not there. I believe expect one person rest all has some Crown in their head as they wont give or suggest what the customer wants. They wanted to sell what they give and it seems we should accept it. There they noticed few screws are missing in my laptop. After I bought laptop from there I didnt open laptop for any service. Now I had doubts in my original product purchase two years before ???Next Laptop battery is costlier. For that they say thats original. Have to verify.About service. They dont have any any accessories. After our request they are buying it from out side and updating. I gave laptop at 1 pm and again went there 4PM. It is not ready even they didnt started buying battery. Finally they gave me at 5:30 PM.Its a worst experience. You can imagine for changing battery and ram. For that 4 :30 hrs. Even I asked why its taking time. There is no proper reply for that.Yes for camera they might good.Thank you

Awful experience after being sold a Panasonic HC-V785 (the last on the shelf and probably a dud I thought, but foolishly carried on). Had to return as there was a fault on the mic chip (tested by a nearby technician and then sent to their Chennai technician). On its return, the camcorder failed to accept RODE pro Go mic (one of the best) and other reputable makes. I even tried the BOYA lapel mic and I could hardly hear the recording on playback. The Camcorder is faulty and was faulty when sold. From the word go, they refused to substitute this model! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! Their staff have no technical or scientific knowledge of the goods they sell and they rush to sell to get their hands on the money. Very disappointing and will never deal with them again.
