I’ve purchased legion 5 pro on the second day of the official release in India. They’ve called me when the laptop was available on store and again they’ve called me got me a 2 year free insurance using my student Id. Ranjit and parthibhan brothers took care of the insurance part. A friend neighbourhood store get your laptop I would say.

They have most of the accessories there still iam giving 3 Star is only because of a reason, i needed a DDR3 4 GB Ram and i checked in all online stores and found a local branded RAM for around 1200 Rs and some branded RAMs in the range of 2000 + and all these are under 2-3 Yrs warranty, then i felt that its better to get it from any store itself.so i went to this store and they said they have a RAM for 3000 RS 🙄🙄 and the funny fact is that its the same RAM which i found online for 1200 RS and in online theyre giving 2-3 Yrs warranty and this shop guys are giving 6 Months warranty 🤣🤣 , check twice before buying anything from shop instead we can get all these for half price in online stores itself but read the reviews before buying it, now i bought it from online store itself and working perfectly fine 👌

It was a very fast and good experience buying from this outlet. I was not informed about the models that was available in the other stores but here I was informed about what was available and the cost difference and performance and benefits.. I would recommend this to any of those who need proper info about the purchase you are going to do.

Very bad customer service. I called and confirmed for the availablity model S340 8RIN and went to store within an hour for purchasing. Once i reached the store they told that specific model is sold out and tried to brain wash me for some other Lenovo model. That specific person was not even polite and the way he treated the salesman was very bad. He could have told me the truth that the model is sold out and could have matchced my requirement with similar model. Instead he told me all sorts of lie. VERY BAD☹️

From my experience, it looked like they are focused on only draining money from customers and dont care about fixing the laptop. I had complaints in charger and charging socket in Lenovo G50 laptop. They told that bottom panel and charging socket had to be changed. But, bottom panel was repaired instead of changing the panel. They billed 3000 just for cheap spare parts worth 500 and also, it didnt last even for 6 months properly. I strongly suggest a different service centre.

That shop is good.i went to that shop to buy a laptop for my friend.At that time owner sat near us explain what the features available in the laptop and they treated us quit well.Laptop price is also less compared to other shop.They treated all the customers in the same manner.

I bought my friend Lenovo IdeaPad 500 from this place. Their customer service was good until I bought the product. In three months the product had become faulty and my friend went to them for service they did not respond properly and said that they wont service the product.After three visits they took the product for service and said the motherboard is faulty.After service I found product misplaced with a core i3 processor instead of core i5. Though my friend replaced the processor in Ahmedabad. Still hes got issues with the whole laptop. Hes scared to give them the laptop for service.I Rate them poor

Original laptops are sold , but the big problem is at the time of service , when you go to service for any broken parts which also comes under warranty theyll tell you to go some other place for service. But at the time of buying the product theyll tell that they will take care of everything during service , you dont have to go anywhere , but after buying they dont care about your product but they will guide you to other location to service
