Here for only official laptop service during covid, service was ok but spares took a while.

Worst service. Went for keypad back typing issues problem. Nd mouse movement issues. At first they said its the issue with the drivers it didnt updated properly after that they said drives are updated but the keyboard is the problem and mousepad is gone. And they even added the general service cost of 950 without doing anything. Basically you wont get any service done over there you just go and pay some cash nd get back your laptop as such u gave them before. Very disappointed. Never trust the 4 star ratings.

This is as good as it gets!!! I recently dropped and shattered my laptop screen. It was a minor crack but because my laptop is touch screen, it messed with the functionality of the laptop. I went to Binary Service and they quoted me reasonable price and it would take 3-4 weeks and it wasnt even guaranteed to work. I called Laptop Service Binary and explained. He did agree that it was an extensive repair because of the touch screen but if I wanted to come in, he would look at it. He was able to disable the touch function and save me so much time, money and work. It took less than five minutes and was free of charge. Will absolutely return if needed and recommend to everyone I know. Thank you!!!

This is not a Dell authorised service centre at all. People please do not go here. They simply cheat people. They sold a duplicate battery to me for Rs. 3700 promising that its a Dell original battery. I returned to them next day after finding it. They accepted that its duplicate. so they already know its duplicate. i returned that and they gave me a compatible battery for Rs. 1900 and its performance is horrible ever. I dont want to go to them again for getting cheated. They simply pretend to be genuine. I could have bought it online saving money and time.I went to this place based on the customer reviews which went false.

My laptop suddenly stopped working. I was scared and taken to few service Center, they asked to submit the laptop and they will tell in 2 to 3 days. I had no trust to give them. I came to Binary service they too asked to submit the laptop. I said I could not submit. They said if it is emergency you can give and wait for few hours. I said ok and waited. They took few hours to solve the issue and handover the laptop to me. I was very happy to get back my laptop in working condition in just few hours. Thanks to Binary service.

I contacted them on the Friday to confirm they could do the screen replacement. On Saturday, I travelled into London. They were less than 2 minutes walk from Coimbatore bus stand. I dropped the phone into them and three hours later they emailed me to tell me it was done.A great job. Very professional and very easy to recommend.

People was efficient and friendly. He fixed my computer’s issues but also went the extra step to teach me a little about Microsoft apps. Dell is always best

I found the service here to be good. I was coming form really far, delayed due to bad traffic, and finally got there only ten minutes after closing time. I had been in touch, and requested them to stay open - and they actually waited past office hours. Real nice of them!Incharge of the place, was especially helpful.I had an issue with the hinges of my Inspiron creaking, and they set it right within 2 days.

NO QUALITY. THERE FULL THOUGHT MONEY MONEY MONEY....I had seen below review and i gave my laptop to binary service.. I said to put os 8 or 8.1 they said 10 is reliable... For study purpose I had been downloaded ANSYS, SOLIDWORKS now its hanging while process. Its all about graphics software means basic software also hanging..I asked the service person now only he has-been saying that put additional ram 4 GB that cost is to 3500.. They cant even telling any suggestions only telling go with higher ends.. Or to buy new one I hated totally...Form there receptionist that boy only talking nice or other wise all are fake....Worst experience... Totally bad service...All time google map helps me lot of time in other state also first time on near me I got disappointment..I cant even understand people why they all are keep on giving 5 star... 😡😡😡
