Good service from the people in the store. Product range available to display needs to be increased. Pens were not available for trial. The purpose of visiting showroom is to try and view and feel the products. It can be improved by availability of more models as trial.

Visited HP world at Brookfields Mall this Saturday to buy a Laptop. The sales guys at the shop were so lethargic and even they shown a very unpleasant body language as if they are asking why do enter our show room?. Also, the person was reluctant to furnish the details of available model. As I have explored and finalized a model, asked the guy abt that. After,much hesitation, he said yes the model is available. I asked and finalized the price and asked him to take the model. He said unless, you pay the amount Ill not show or take out laptop. I replied I will buy the same. But want to confirm the specs before buying and asked him to show the package at least. He admanelty said I cannot take unless u pay. With much depression, I stepped out..The entire sales guys in d showroom treated us like enemies but not as customers. Never had such a bad experience in any showroom

I see there was a guy at Brooks Mall who is very smart and has a lot of help tenants, I very happy to meet him and buy a printer there, very awesome service keeping up guys.
