Highly unprofessional approach to customer needs. Gave the laptop for display issue. Got a call yesterday that the laptop will be ready today & cost of repair is 2.5k.When reached the shop to collect the laptop, found the laptop connected with external keyboard. When checked, came to know the keyboard is having an issue & need to be replaced / use external keyboard. Service engineer Kaleeswarans attitude is alarming.No proactive communication & lacks customer care pathetically.
