All the customers who are going to book tickets, take print-out, please check the entire split up of their service charges. If you are not aware of any details, they will take hidden charges and behave in a rude manner.If you are planning to buy fastag/ book tickets use online booking platforms like Paytm, Redbus so that you have valid platform to raise any complaints else we will be loosing our money. Pathetic customer service, they never care about customers.
