The food has tremendous variety and you can order meals or separate dishes. Really value for money. Their portions are very generous, and food quite tasty, but there is way too much spice & chilli in their food. If you like everything chilli hot, this place is for you.

Been there twice for getting Parcel. Food was good. And if you like to have Kerala Brahmin delecacies, then it is your go to place. Especially during Onam, you have to go early to avoid long ques.

Amazing place.. We had ordered breakfast - idlis, medu vadas, uttappas. The taste was very good. The same day we had also ordered lunch. The items were neatly packaged. The taste of the items was also very good.Highly recommended!

Went to Friends Foods & Sweets, their take away outlet. Positive review first. Food is all good typical tasty south indian. Bought a full lunch (Rs.125) and some extra items like Paruppu Bolli, Palada Pradhaman (Rs.300/) and Vadumango pickle (Rs.250/). The total bill was Rs.750/- which is little bit costly.Negatives : Unprofessional billing and delivery process. Very small outlet. In lunch several items missing for the cost charged. Staff were not wearing masks. The vadu manga in the pickle is a dried mango waste and converted as pickle. The Palada Pradhaman is good but cost is on the higher side. To conserve the name, they to concentrate on small issues that are rectifiable. Lunch side items are available in loose packing also in bulk. What I finally observed was it is not an exclusive dedicated outlet, but selling the saved left over items prepared from the huge catering orders, which is their main business.One can opt to buy the side items individually on weight / Volume basis for their emergency need, but i decided not to go again to their take away outlet.

Bought 2 onam sadhya meals today for Rs 400 each,only rice was in abundant quantity,payasam was not there and I think it was misses but on a occassion like this it is a main favourite item relished,only 2 teaspoons of vegetable Currys served.never expected such a unprofessional service from you.

21-08-2021, Onam festival- based on the reviews and feedbacks, I drove almost 20kms and visited this place for the first time on this auspicious day to order Onam Sadya meals.Without a proper understanding of how to handle the crowd and distribute the food items they were struggling a lot,- No social distance,- 50% their staffs were not wearing masks,- Lack of coordination between the billing team-food delivery team- food packing team,.The food items(Sadya meals items) were not packed properly, due to this every single deliver tooks min 30 minutes, we dont mind in waiting hours for a good food, however, there are so many items were missing in my package, e.g- there should be 3 types of payasam, but I got only one.- no banana chips,- no yam chips,- no puli inji,- no pickle,- no Aviyal,- no puliserry,- no kootu curry,- no buttermilk,- no banana,- no chenna mezhukkupuratti,- and no red rice(only white rice)I would love to ask the management of Friends catering -with all these missing items do you really want to earn the trust make values in this business.... ?What did you wanted to achieve???? Just pack food and cheat the customer???? -----_-----First impression WORST IMPRESSIONFriends catering FAILS......

To add couple of items in addition to their lunch menu they charged almost double the price. When they delivered food they didnt give any spoons to help with serving. When called , they say they will provide serving spoons only if they hire their serving team.. what a money making grab.. they dont even have the courtesy to talk properly . Their response if you need come to their place and get it .. Too bad they lost a customer who could have provided them with continuous business.. dont ever use them again

Beware bramins, Friends Catering in Ramnagar is cheating posing as a Brahmin cook and elderly people think it is a pure vegetarian hotel and buys food on ammavasa day too but they dont know he adds EGG in most of his dishes. I am a person with EGG allergy and am now hospitalised due to severe EGG allergy and breathing problem . This is just a caution for people who thinks he works for brahmins.

They charge u high saying they cook exclusively for you,atlast u get what they have decided to cook on that day as per their menu.They charge u more and the quantity and quality has drastically gone down over the years we have been getting food from them for all the occasion recently I could see the difference.kindly check and place ur orders
