Smelly rooms, dirty sheets, towels and what not!! Please stay away from here

The person not answering Calls to book hotel. When i reached the place there is no one on reception

Poor service & badly smelled service apartment. Not valued for money

Waste of money and the rooms were so dirty and disgusting especially Worst service ever. Never visit this place.

Worst hotel in life . Very dirty, AC is not working. It is like as third class hotel.

Its a great place to stay and hotel stay more comfortable and safe with family and also couples.The room are very clean and also the restroom. But the Bed is not more comfortable so please change and comfortable bed to use.Their stay is more comfortable and safe for us.

Good place. Rooms are small comparing to images. Toilet must be maintained and improved (use room freshners).

Pleasent stay with this hotel safe and good atmosphere good staff and area.. And cleaning staff asking some miny for tea.. Otherwise its good

I disliked the way the staff at A and B Grand behaved at us, they were rude and disrespectful. Initially they tried to coax us into cancelling the booking....saying that one of us did not have an original id, I lost almost 2 hour of my time due to this. The room the gave us intilly( room no.109) was filthy and the ac and fan was not working. We asked for a change of room and they later gave us room.105, in this room the toilet flush wasnt working properly!! . We are utterly shoked at the situations we went through even when we had taken an oyo branded hotel. Please make necessary amendments so the the next customer does not have to face situations like this and loss trust in oyo.... customer service received, cleanliness of room , broken/damaged amenities , bed linens not same quality as the ones shown in pics..

Room was Good. Staff were polite. Quality of the bedsheet was not Good , it had stains on it. Generator dint work properly. Overall it was a good experience. Best suited for one night stay.

Dont prefer this property. Room is not good upto OYO standard. Bed liens are dirty. Fan is very very dirty. No room service boys. No restaurants. Horrible place for stay.

I can that it was not a bad stay...new building..rooms are neat and spacious..but housekeeping is not done daily... bathrooms are not cleaned daily... breakfast is given only after repeated follow up.that too they are not served hot..as they buy food from outside.. service needs to improve a lot...towels and soaps are given only after asking daily..as it is bit interior from main road..you need to depend on swiggy for lunch n dinner...

Stayed here for four days. Rooms are poorly maintained. Bedsheets are full of stains, holes and dust. Fan doesnt work properly. Broken tv remote, cigarette smelled bathroom. No proper water supply, staffs are not friendly. They look us like a terrorist. Wont recommend for couples. Given 3 star only for the cheaper price.Not a place for couple. There is no privacy. Glasses are transparent like anyone from outside can have a look inside the room. Staff treats couple like terrorist.

Major problem with water supply. After complaining many times they dont repair the TV. They dont even give me breakfast and the soap kit also....The management is very bad.
