Customer service is very poor. They dont value the customer .. . Not showing collections .. not allowing to take our mobile and bag inside the trial room. Do they reso sible if we keep our belongings out. ? Sales girl asking us to fold the dresses once we came out from trial room. Pictures not allowed even in big shops they are allowing for vc and pics. .. very much disappointed.. never ever vist the store again .

Very old designs of sarees to choose from. Limited range of silk and designer sarees. Id rather go to Malgudi for a better collection in same price range, as they are located on the same road.

Totally loved the lehenga I purchased. Good quality and worth for the price.

I had visited only once so far. But I liked it from my first experience. I would prefer to go here to purchase cotton or soft silk sarees for my mom or my wife. I found it the best among the stores I had visited so far. The prices of soft silks started fom ₹6K and ₹2.5K for cotton sarees. Its more comparable to a boutique for its fresh collections. But its bigger. The collections were good. Every saree that they showed were unique. I liked the staff behaviour. It also houses large collection of North Indian traditional and wedding collections, but I dont know much about them and o cant comment on them. I recommend it to people who look minimum price range mentoned above.

Loveable place to get loveable things for loved ones. They share their collections with love. snack and water. A super friendly shop owner welcomes everyone with smile and love.

They have great collection, true, but I was not in town to go there in person. I had my friend go there to choose a saree for me for an important occasion, but video calls or even photos werent allowed! They dont have a website to choose sarees from either. The way shopping works in todays world is much more advanced than what it is at Shresht right now. They are not only losing a lot by not allowing photos or by not having a website, but also losing customers trust and interest. Very bad experience.

Honestly bad service. People were not interested in showing the collections.It is expensive. They had so much of attitude I dont know what for and they werent humble at all . I had really a bad experience. I would give minus points.

Not affordable

I was pretty disappointed by their collections. We took four salwar suits and gave it there for stitching. Everything was fine. It was my daughter’s wedding and she wore it for the journey and it happened to rain and the colour ran . It was pretty embarrassing and we felt so bad. She was looking at me and I did not know what to say. It was expensive and seeing the colour run so badly , it looked so cheap. Two dresses were spoiled. Never again will I buy from this place . I am sorry. Bad experience.

I have been purchasing from Shresht for close to 3 to 4 years now. The staff are friendly and patient and help us sift through their collection and variety while being quite hospitable. They have unique designs in all categories starting from salwar suits to indo-western/traditional gowns, sarees, materials, lehengas and even kurtis. For any party wear shopping, my go to has become Shresht. The reason for my 4 stars however, is their pricing. While you will definitely find beautiful designs and cuts that are reasonable, you will also find some very simple and yet elegant pieces that seem over priced. Its a must visit for those who are looking for classy and elegant traditional wear. Whether you do purchase will come down to personal tastes and choices.
