Good collection. Fine customer care

Extremely rude and arrogant staff and no major collections. No respect for customers and end up arguing if we ask for the correct size. STRICTLY AVOID THIS SHOP..!!!! Better to visit the one in Trichy Road or DB Road.

I used to buy BATA products, only prob collection is not satisfied.

Need more collection

Brought a slipper a mth before, after using one mth slipper stripe get tired. All are buying bata for its brand and quality. But now product quantity is very worst. they told they is warranty, but they are not giving replacement and fixing the product.

The store had good number of product models and their service was good too. The store had ample enough space to occupy large crowd during peek times. The prices were reasonable too.

Location is very good...as of products you cant expect morr from bata

Good service offered by staff, mine is size 11 chappal and rare to get it to my liking, but here, I got it and am happy. Good parking facility available also
