I love Citi very much . I have a salary account with citi bank for last 15 years . It s absolutely not required to go to the bank . All the work can be done Thru online . They made banking easy for us . But you visit this branch for any issues then you are gone . Poor coordination They won’t follow up with support team . They won’t update the customer also .
