Ordered Mickey mouse Baby Boo 1.5kg cake with red velvet flavour. The ordered cake was of red colour outside as per picture, but the one received was pink colour and they have used low quality colour, after consuming it, the pink colour was not getting removed from skin. The inside red velvet was tasty, but the pricing was too high around Rs2400 for 1.5kg.The delivery was on time and the packing also very neat.The photos of cake picture given in website and what we received is posting below.

Taste and Quality is Worst.. They compromise in Cake quality bcoz of offer.. Decoration Shape is round.. But inside cake Multiple Components are there.. Not a single round shape cut. Irresponsible staff behaviour.I dont know whether these kind of allegation will reach the top level management...If the same thing is happening to you mean, wheather you will keep mum..?

I ordered donuts and it was so very dry that we could not swallow it. When contacted and informed about the quality, the response from the customer executive was so illogical as they said that there is no refund option available with them and will do replacement only if the item is not consumed by us. Like how would we know the quality of food without tasting it. And they asked us to reheat the donut and consume it. Worst customer satisfaction ever experienced . They think that us customers should consume whatever they deliver irrespective of the quality of the food.Expanding the brand should not only be the main focus but customer satisfaction also matters alot to gain trust from customers. But they lack way more in it.

Worst cake quality. The color was sticking in mouth,plate n hands even after we washed with soap!! Worst food color agents. We were not feeling well after eating the cake. There is some serious quality issue in the ingredients used. The owner poses threat to life with giving commission to booking and compromised the quality completely.STD is only good at delivery and packaging. The key part of food quality is worst.

Ordered Coffee Mocha cake June 22. I literally received a black forest cake. Paid Rs.754.Complete waste of money, time and energy. They will show a different picture on the website and give the customers something else. I have tried to get in touch with them for more than one day and finally, they say they need more time to talk to management. They showed this on their(2nd pic) website. I was so disappointed and their response was more disappointing. If you people cant deliver what you show on the website then dont post such pic (pic 1). Stop making customers expect something and delivering a cake that is totally disappointing. Its mentioned in your website chocolate whipped cream, I dont even find a trace of it(3rd pic). Just chocolate glaze on top of the cake with white whipped cream all over. Still, now I didnt receive any proper explanation from your team. And here comes the best part, the team tells both are same and due to lighting the cake has turned out good in the website. You can judge for yourself how irresponsible this is

I have ordered a Brownie Delight cake on June 8th. I was really disappointed because the cake was not properly baked. I feel like eating Raw chocolate flour. The Brownie delight which was ordered for my Baby birthday was spoil the mood. We had cut and put in dustbin once tasted it. By buying 725 rs cake we have not eaten a single piece of cake. After complaining it to STD team they are not responding on this. After reading the reviews I realized they are doing this as routine for most of the customers. They are unfit to do business. Dont go for it.

Ordered red velvet mini cake and it cost 190 plus shipping charges...but the cake wasnt worth that much at all...it was merely a spongecake with some cream which was just the size of a small piece of a cake. I would totally not recommend ordering mini cakes from them.

I booked for 6- 9 pm slot i called shop at 7pm they said already the delivery executive is out for delivery within 9 they will reach you, but i waited till 9pm the cake was not delivered again i called a customer support number they said your order will be delivered at 9.30 our sales executive will call you for further enquiries . After 9.15 pm their sales executive called us and enquiry about the address but he is so far from us. It will take half hr to 45 min to reach us from that place.we totally disappointed. I ordered milkshake for my pregnant wife. The milkshake had small bit papers inside. My wife swallowed it and raised complaint regarding this. The shop members were not responsive and they are not feeling guilty for providing such milkshake. Also, the taste of other items were not good. First restaurant to give brownie with cake cream. But they cheat us by saying as icecream. I highly wont recommend this place.

Premium white Forest cake on the website was ₹980 for 1.5kg, but instead of rose design, requested them to add a small sunflower design using cream. Guess what ? They charged ₹1875 (in name of custom design cake). Nearly ₹900 for a sunflower design of size 4inches...

When called the number, the simple answer is “Sorry Sir”, “We apologise”, etc but no effort for delivering the cake or refunding the amount and all these after you call them up to understand the status of the order.4. No cancellation message being sent.5. No remorse at all for the inability to cater to customers.Would not recommend Snack 2 Day to anyone.

Only after confirming with the attender that its like choco lava I ordered the cake . and more specifically I asked whether choco like liquid comes for each bite. First learn about the cakes.
