I had ordered a 1.5kg toffee caramel cake for a bday party. The cake looked bad. There were 6 cream roses and lots of chocolate which made the cake very crowded. The cakes they had in the display were very simple and elegant. I did not give any instructions to decorate the cake so differently and weird. When I complained, the staff did not even give an answer or an apology. They just smiled and went on about their work. When I saw the cake, they had actually messed up the decoration and had covered it up with roses and chocolate. The taste was good and we liked it. But the cake looked cheap and very different from how it tasted.

Very worst customer service. Unhappy...I ordered 1 kg printed design cake, I give the design but print is very poor. Total design collapsed.

I never satisfied with the service I have ordered 2kg black forest cake they told me to deliver by 6pm but now the time is7pm still. I am not get the cake, my son first birthday if he slept then how we can celebrate the function i am very dis appointed

I bought a black forest cake.It was too bad .it had crushed cherried in between the sponges. It had a small stone inside.i always loved the call for cake shop but this shop im fedup. Plz dont buy in 100 feet shop.

I am visiting here for the past 3 - 4 years. Their quality is abnormally good. Maintaining the taste and hygienic in a professional manner. Simply the best shop for cakes and cookies. Main surprise is they will not sell any food items which they have not prepared. Superb.
