Certainly a very professional team that is thorough to the core and is very honest and dedicated in dealing with customers. Built a 5400 sq ft home in 15 months straight with no hassle whatsoever which was only possible because of his leadership.. Also the folks were awestruck with his architectural design skills that received some great reviews .... Dont waste your money running around the big names for your houses and flats.. The response to our inquiry was prompt and precise. Our initial discussions with the studio head was very impressive and her approach was a well informed professional one. The architect and team have taken all our inputs and spared no efforts to evolve a design to meet our expectations. We were provided with 3D views at several stages till an acceptable one was arrived at. Another unusual aspect of the team head was that she would take every bit of input from us seriously and improve upon it functionally.The stages of tender evaluation have been promptly and transparently concluded with an eye on construction cost without compromising on quality. We are eagerly looking forward to commencement of construction and realizing this eco-friendly building with the continued association of gedee architects.
