Very bad. The way they handed over this project (Daksha Vhridhaa) is very pathetic. Many buyers were promised lifetime maintenance and now they have withdrawn their commitment. Thanks

They have the most comprehensive project portfolio, especially in Vadavalli area. But, that makes them highly premium players as well. So you always end up paying more.

Its a long standing Company with a proven record. We loved their couple of works. Visited to see their Avalipta project Beautifully done. A real premium touch. We were not fortunate to become their client. May be luck will be there in future. A spl mention to the friendly approach and courteous service of Mr Shankar Ganesh , Senior Marketing Exc. Excellent location and spacious small apartment with around 90+ flats of 2 and 3 bhk. We liked it

We have bought a two bedroom apartment in Sanshray phase 2 , but the day we came , the senior citizens are not allowing kids to play, some senior citizens curse children to die, let the car hit the kids , snake bite and let them die and speak bad words, if we ask they ll advice us. Association members grandkids are silent and they wont make noise, so they advices us to follow them. All the kids are not same. Its great blunder i bought a apartment here.its a apartment for nana nani. Not for a parent with a kids. From school bus or van to kids playing we should fight. Some tenants vacate only for this reason. They are not allowing kids to play. We saw these amenities and then only we came here. But DAKSHA had broken our dreams and believes.

Got my 3 BHK flat in Sanshray Ph 2..Perfectly planned flat..with good ventilation and lighting...Clean atmosphere...Excellent amenities with a added 400 mt walking track which was not promised during initial stages...Nealty planned Car Parks..with a mall like Basement Car Park...See it to feel it...Thanks Daksha

I bought a villa in one of their project, with in one year the floor tiles started shaking, now started beaking. Have requested support to refix the tiles with offer to pay the refixing charges, no response from their customer care.As per below suggestion I did call the number and couple of folks inspected my home on 2nd Oct and they told will get back. Later another person called and told me they will get the tiles and replace it. I kept on following up, but no work happened till date except more tiles broke. Looks like tiles were not fixed properly in a hurry to complete the work.

The best place to live and enjoy with family.All things are available nearby be it.either a Naturals or Pazhamudhir or School or Bakery Shop or School.Perfect place. Its located on the main road and there is more frequency of buses available.

I have purchased a villa in Daksha Vhridhaa and living in for the past two yearsThe Sree Daksha management treats you like king upto payment after that it never bother about the client in addressing the genuine grievances and handing over the property in good conditions..The quality of construction is poor/average with defects in every aspects including electrical, plumbing, wood work, flooring etc., The worst part is that they never attend the complaints even after two years of occupation after calling 30-40 times.Hope they will improve in future.

Pure Business people, they deal politely, but delay the refund, it was very hard for me to get my reservation amount 1L refunded after cancelling reservation in yashus project , they were purposefully delaying the refund as much as possible, they made false promise saying in case of cancellation reservation amount will be released immediately, but they were not releasing it for several months after many follow ups in person and over phone, their MD Ramanathan was making statements Naan oru viyabari(Im businessman),it will take time for refund... They gave me hard lesson.. dont make any payment before you 100% decide/confirm on their project and decide on other aspect of buying

I own a flat in their Selvapuram Project Hreeva. Apart from delaying the project by few months, they were spot on in all other aspects. Wats with the Bhuddha concept they bring in all their gardens and parks...Impressed....

Wanted to buy a property with Daksha for long as we like their work and many of our relations have bought in their earlier projects in Vadavalli & saravanampatti and all were happy with the product they received. But they never launched a property in the heart of the City and my work is at Tiruppur. And finally they launched one near peelamedu called DARZA. Have booked a 3 BHK on the day they launched...Happy now
