Beware of Shoppers Stop, I recently purchased a fossil chronograph watch from the site which got delivered within a week, experiencing defect of the product I returned the same as soon as possible, but till today I didnt receive the refund. You will often get to share your issue with the executives, no matter how many times you raise your complain regarding your issue, you will not get any response, and if you do, you cant expect for the refund. 🙏 Beware of such luxury shopping apps or sites. I have visited this store and I keep visiting this store for party wear kind of things years couple of times! I love the collection what they grap up just for me! The material and texture is so soft and rough for daily wear and party wear as well! I just week week day shopping as in weekends I just cant check out from the countr to let my order in!! I love W collections! If offers are available you can have a great smile face on your shopping day !!

Definitely a worth and wonderful place to shop ,

I was shopping in one of their stores located in Fun mall, Coimbatore. One among the assisting staffs spoke ill about me because of which Im offended right now. Dont they teach their staffs how to treat a customer? Im one of the regular customers. And because of staffs like her they will lose valuable customers. Her name is poonkulali. They should teach their staffs on how to treat a customer and how not to hurt other peoples feelings.

I stepped in shopper stop by late 9pm, I was on urge to buy a gift for my sister! I pretty well know I could find the best from shopper stop. Certainly, I selected a hand bag. I was about to bill my product, my visa card had a technical issue, so I couldnt pay via card. I didnt have a penny in my purse!! The person at the billing counter suggested me to nearest ATM but the execute assisted me in the purchase suggested that it would get late by the time I go ATM and come back, so he suggested to purchase next day. Mean while I explained to them that my sister bday s next day I would love to surprise by giving this gift by mid 12. Hearing to this, one senior authority of shopper stop stepped forward to pay the bill from his pocket!!!!!! ... He paid for the hand bag and he requested to pay to him tomorrow!! Soon after reaching my home I transferred him the amount vai online wallet app. This is the kindness they show on their customers to make them satisfy!!
