Not attending the landline number, past two weeks i tried to reach them for getting details about one spare for my phone, but no one responded... My suggestion is if that is your policy mean kindly remove the number and ask the clients to come directly because its waste of time to everyone.... other than this, their service is good and superb which I experienced...thank you

(One of its most famous competition Brands Service center in the city requests customers to register online before visiting their center, but nevertheless accepts your device for service even if you do not have a registered token number, making it look like a favor.)Service staff and Technicians demonstrate friendly approach and are very practical in their suggestions regarding your mobile device. (Again, this quality is not commonly sighted among competition too).Things to improve: Their promptness in Answering Customer Phone Calls and response thereafter.Overall, the Experience at this center was Delightful and Cost Effective.Hope the Center maintains the same level of Quality Service!

I personally dont believe OPPO is a good brand. But apart from that they provide a quality customer service. The staff were so good in their behavior.

I changed my oppo f5 youth display on here on 07/08/2021.. But i am not recive bill from there.. They told we sent a recipt from your whatsup number sir.. But at present itself i am not recive any bill from there...

I had an issue with my wireless W11 earphones. It was a great experience right from the time I entered this service centre till I left. The person at the front desk who had helped me was Jennifer. She was polite and helpful to everyone. She is also super fast in servicing the customers.. The way she communicates with the customers is appreciable. Normally front office service centre people do more of a postman job i.e ask us the issue and take our mobile/other gadgets inside for service. But Jennifer was different. She went way beyond her duty, took interest, took care and ensured the issue was resolved. Another amazing thing about the service centre is that the Technicians personally come out and speak to the customers. They explain them the problem and also check with other customers their issues. No where have I seen such a service centre..Efficient, fast and polite..

I gave my mobile for service to change motherboard. And I informed them that it is very urgent and an emergency to get my mobile as I need to go for banglore today for personal and official reasons. Since I didnt get my mobile I was not able to go. I used to call them daily and ask them about the progress. They used to say that thay are arranging and we will inform you in afternoon everyday. But they never used to inform me. When ever I call them the next day, they used to say that we are arranging and they say that they have logged in me to complete my request as soon as possible, but I dont believe this to be true. I have never experienced such as poor response from any other mobile service center. Its so unprofessional in this service center. So I request the head of coimbatore to look into this issue and take serious action over it. Actually I am not even interested to give any stars. I have never expected that I will have a poor experience in service center.
